  • Url rewriting : prevent to display xml

    Edit : I've got an aspx file (default.aspx) that loads a flash file (index.swf), but this swf needs a xml file (foo.xml) to load correctly. However, I would like to block any request aiming directly at the xml file. Is it possible, using a rewritting engine (isapi_rewrite for example) to detect if the xml file is being 'hotlinked' or being loaded by the 'index.swf'(inside default.aspx)? Any ideas? Thank you.

  • Adding folder to Eclipse classpath

    Hello, When i develop a project i create a folder in my project called libs. And in this folder i place all the library jars that i use. Is there a way to add just the libs folder to the class path so that i do not have to add each individual jar? I was thinking something along the lines of a variable or creating a user library.     I use firefox to develop a web site and at the same time to browse the web, read my gmail, etc. The problem is every now and then I need to delete the cache and or remove the cookies of the web app, but I want to stayed logged in in the other web pages I am visiting. Do you know a firefox plugin (or firefox trick) that can help with this issue?

Then develop a java backend which listens to the database for changes, and depending on what was changed, performs some actions and updates the database.     I have to develop a whiteboard application in which both the local user and the remote user should be able to draw simultaneously, is this possible? If possible then any logic? I have already developed a code but in which i am not able to do this, when the remote user starts drawing the shape which i am drawing is being replaced by his shape and co-ordinates. This problem is only when both draw simultaneously. any idea guys?

  • File uploading with ColdFusion, too big of file timing out?

    A client has the admin ability to upload a PDF to their respective directory and have it listed on their website. All of this works dandy until a PDF reaches a certain file size that makes the server time out. This causes an error and the file uploaded will not succeed. As mentioned in the title, we are using ColdFusion with a command. Is there any java/jquery/flash modules or applications that could resolve this issue?

In my research, I've found this (with latest version date): CodeLite IDE (2010-04-02) Code::Blocks (2008-02-28) Bloodshed Dev-C++ (2005-02-22) NetBeans (2009-12-10) Ultimate++ (2010-03-16) Qt Creator (2010-02-01) But I don't know if some these IDE's supports Windows GUI development (or Cross Platform GUI development) or if can be Portable (NetBeans can be portable).
