There are some sites that say I need a plugin, and others that suggest that it's already possible. Trying those suggestions give me jquery errors in the jquery.js file, so I'm wondering, do I need a plugin or not? • Nhibernate generate plain sql query instead of execution statement

  Using SQL profiler, I was able to find the query generated from Nhibernate was executed in the EXEC sp_executesql N'select ...' fashion. I am wondering if there is any way to force Nhibernate to generate the plain Select ... statement instead. The reason I want this is because apparently SQL Server generated different execution plans for them, and in my scenario, the plain "select ..." runs MUCH faster.

  I'm trying to use a PreparedStatement with code similar to this: SELECT * FROM ? WHERE name = ? Obviously, what happens when I use setString() to set the table and name field is this: SELECT * FROM 'my_table' WHERE name = 'whatever' and the query doesn't work. Is there a way to set the String without quotes so the line looks like this: SELECT * FROM my_table WHERE name = 'whatever' or should I just give it up and use the regular Statement instead (the arguments come from another part of the system, neither of those is entered by a user)?

I haven't run the above code but won't the method still be called? What uses is there of this type of coding convention?
