    I have a function that shows a map page so I can get the user to choose their current location.   • SugarmCRM REST API always returns "null"

    I'm trying to test out the SugarCRM REST API, running latest version of CE (6.0.1). It seems that whenever I do a query, the API returns "null", nothing else. If I omit the parameters, then the API returns the API description (which the documentation says it should). I'm trying to perform a login, passing as parameter the method (login), input_type and response_type (json) and rest_data (JSON encoded parameters).   • ios UITableView reloadData don't increase content height

    I'm facing a strange error in my iOS app and haven't been able to figure out the reason why. In my UITableView i can add new cells, so i refresh the array that is the datasource and call reloadData. Everything works without error. The numberOfRowsInSection is called again, and it's value is one more than it's previous value was. The new cell even gets inserted at the bottom of the tableview, but i cant scroll down to it. I only know that it's there because the tableview bounces and i can see it. I'm guessing the tableview's content height is not getting increased for some reason, but i have no idea why. I'm using iOS 6 btw. Any help is very much appreciated! Thanks, Zoli EDIT, answers for Srikanth's questions: How is data getting added. There's an NSArray containing objects of a specific type. The array.count is the number of the number of cells. This NSArray gets its values from a database query. When you say, you are refreshing the array, what do you mean. By refreshing the array i mean i execute a new query in the database and put the results of this query into an NSArray. this will be the tableview's datasource array. Like this: dataSourceArray = [dbManager executeQuery]; [tableView reloadData]; Are you adding the data within the same view controller Yes. Can you show some code as to what you are doing See above. Is the table view at the root of the view controllers view or is it within another view The tableview is the main view's first child. Can you try adding data to the array at the beginning, so that you can view the cell being added at the top. I don't understand what you mean.

    Hey Guys, Im starting with a csv varible of column names. This is then exploded into an array, then counted and tossed into a for loop that is supposed to create another array.   • Big problem with fluent nhibernate, c# and MySQL need to search in BLOB

    I've done a big mistake, now I have to find a solution. It was my first project working with fluent nhibernate, I mapped an object this way : public PosteCandidateMap() { Id(x => x.Id); Map(x => x.Candidate); Map(x => x.Status); Map(x => x.Poste); Map(x => x.MatchPossibility); Map(x => x.ModificationDate); } So the whole Poste object is in the database but I would have need only the PosteId. Now I got to find all Candidates for one Poste so when I look in my repository I have : return GetAll().Where(x => x.Poste.Id == id).ToList(); But this is very slow since it loads all the items, we now have more than 1500 items in the table, at first to project was not supposed to be that big (not a big paycheck either). Now I'm trying to do this with criterion ou Linq but it's not working since my Poste is in a BLOB. Is there anyway I can change this easyly? Thanks a lot for the help!

There is a class: public class Weight { public virtual int Id { get; set; } public virtual double Value { get; set; } } I want to map it on the following table: create table [Weight] ( WeightId INT IDENTITY NOT NULL, Weight DOUBLE not null, primary key (WeightId) ) Here is the map: public class WeightMap : ClassMap<Weight> { public WeightMap() { Table("[Weight]"); Id(x => x.Id, "WeightId"); Map(x => x.Value, "Weight").Not.Nullable(); } } The problem is that this mapping produces table with nullable Weight column: Weight DOUBLE null Not-nullable column is generated only with default convention for column name (i.e. Map(x = x.Value).Not.Nullable() instead of Map(x = x.Value, "Weight").Not.Nullable()), but in this case there will be Value column instead of Weight: create table [Weight] ( WeightId INT IDENTITY NOT NULL, Value DOUBLE not null, primary key (WeightId) ) I found similiar problem here: http://code.google.com/p/fluent-nhibernate/issues/detail?id=121, but seems like mentioned workaround with SetAttributeOnColumnElement("not-null", "true") is outdated. Does anybody encountered with this problem? Is there a way to specify named column as not-nullable?

    I want to add some tabs in the "node/%/edit" page from my module called "cssswitch". When I click "Rebuild Menus", the two new tabs are displayed, but they are displayed for ALL nodes when editing them, not just for the node "cssswitch". I want these new tabs to be displayed only when editing node of type "cssswitch". The other problem is when I clear all cache, the tabs completely dissapear from all edit pages.     I have two HashMaps and I can iterate both hashmaps with following code Iterator it = mp.entrySet().iterator(); while (it.hasNext()) { Map.Entry pairs = (Map.Entry)it.next(); String firstVal = pairs.getValue(); } Iterator it2 = mp2.entrySet().iterator(); while (it2.hasNext()) { Map.Entry pairs2 = (Map.Entry)it.next(); String SecondVal = pairs2.getValue(); } myFunction(firstVal, SecondVal) Is there anyway to iterate two hashmaps at the same time without using two loops? Currently, I have a method that accepts two parameters and each parameter value is stored in first and second hashmap. I have to iterate first hash then second to get values. I think there must be a good way to do it but I don't know :( P.S: there could be some errors in above code as this is just an example to explain my problem. Each iterator is a method in original program and accept one parameter. I couldn't copy past real time functions as they are HUGE !

Tables are: people (id,...) organizations (id,...) organization_people (id, person_id,organization_id,...) In the person add and edit forms there is a select box allowing a user to select multiple organization. The problem I have is, when a user edits an existing person, the associated organizations aren't pre-selected. Here is the code in the PeopleController: $organizations = $this->Person->OrganizationPerson->Organization->find('list'); $this->set(compact('organizations')); Related part of the code in the People/edit code looks like: $this->Form->input('OrganizationPerson.organization_id', array('multiple' => true, 'empty' => false)); This will populate the select field, but it does not pre-select it with the Person's associated organizations. Format and content of the $this-data: Array ( [Person] => Array ( [id] => 1 ... ) [OrganizationPerson] => Array ( [0] => Array ( [id] => 1 [person_id] => 1 [organization_id] => 1 ... ) [1] => Array ( [id] => 2 [person_id] => 1 [organization_id] => 2 ... ) ) ) What I have to add/change in the code to get pre-selected organizations?     Write a static method in Java : public static void sortByFour (int[] arr) That receives as a paramater an array full of non-negative numbers (zero or positive) and sorts the array in the following way : In the beginning of the array all the numbers that devide by four without a remainder will appear. After them all the numbers in the array that devide by 4 with a remainder of 1 will appear. After them all the numbers in the array that devide by 4 with a remainder of 2 will appear. In the end of the array all the rest numbers (those who divide by 4 with the remainder 3) will appear. (The order of the numbers in each group doesn't matter) The method must be the most efficient it can. I am successfully able to display the array by using: <td><p onclick="theMiddle(this)">The Middle</td> As you see from the td tag this is part of a table. Issue is that the browser opens up a new page to display my text.     I have a class that contains multiple user objects and as such has an array of them as an instance variable: NSMutableArray *users; The tricky part is setting it. I am deserializing these objects from a server via Objective Resource, and for backend reasons users can only be returned as a long string of UIDs - what I have locally is a separate dictionary of users keyed to UIDs. Given the string uidString of comma separated UIDs I override the default setter and populate the actual user objects: @dynamic users; - (void)setUsers:(id)uidString { users = [NSMutableArray arrayWithArray: [[User allUsersDictionary] objectsForKeys:[(NSString*)uidString componentsSeparatedByString:@","]]]; } The problem is this: I now serialize these to database using SQLitePO, which stores these as the array of user objects, not the original string. So when I retrieve it from database the setter mistakenly treats this array of user objects as a string! Where I actually want to adjust the setter's behavior when it gets this object from DB vs. over the network. I can't just make the getter serialize back into a string without tearing up large code that reference this array of user objects, and I tried to detect in the setter whether I have a string or an array coming in: if ([uidString respondsToSelector:@selector(addObject)]) { // Already an array, so don't do anything - just assign users = uidString but no success... so I'm kind of stuck - any suggestions?     I've got a vs2010 solution containing an ASP.Net 4 website, and a Silverlight 4 project. The website is linked to the Silverlight project ('Map') and the ClientBin folder contains a Map.xap file. The Map project is very simple. It contains the default App.xaml and App.xaml.cs files. The MainPage.xaml file looks like this <UserControl x:Class="Map.MainPage" xmlns="http://schemas.microsoft.com/winfx/2006/xaml/presentation" xmlns:x="http://schemas.microsoft.com/winfx/2006/xaml" xmlns:d="http://schemas.microsoft.com/expression/blend/2008" xmlns:mc="http://schemas.openxmlformats.org/markup-compatibility/2006" mc:Ignorable="d" d:DesignHeight="380" d:DesignWidth="800"> <Canvas x:Name="MainCanvas" Width="800" Height="380"> <Canvas.Background> <ImageBrush ImageSource="map.png" Stretch="None"/> </Canvas.Background> </Canvas> The code behind for that looks like this: public partial class MainPage : UserControl { public MainPage() { InitializeComponent(); throw new Exception(); } } Inside one of the website pages I have the default object pointing to my Silverlight xap When I run the website, I see my background image on the Canvas in the Silverlight window, so I know it's working in that sense. However, I cannot break on any breakpoints set in the MainPage.xaml.cs file (in IE). I have checked the correct settings for Silverlight debugging. And see that Exception I'm throwing in the MainPage constructor? I'm not seeing that either. In fact, nothing I put in there seems to be run at all, but I know the xaml is rendering because I can see my canvas background. What am I not getting here?

  • routing paramenter returns null when only supplying first paramenter in MVC

    My issue is that I customer Map Route in MVC which takes three parameters. When I supply all three or just two, the parameters are passed from the URL to my controller. However, when I only supply the first parameter, it is not passed and returns null. Not sure what causes this behavior.   • Bing Maps - Auto update location binding of pushpins

    Hi I'm using the Bing Maps control to display a series of custom pushpins, representing objects which are constantly moving around and changing state. Using databinding the various properties for the objects are being updated as they should, but for some reason this doesn't apply to their locations. I have the map bound to an ObservableCollection as such: <UserControl.Resources> <DataTemplate x:Key="PushpinTemplate"> <v:CustomPushpin /> </DataTemplate> </UserControl.Resources> ... <m:Map Name="map"> <m:MapItemsControl ItemTemplate="{StaticResource PushpinTemplate}" ItemsSource="{Binding Objects}" /> </m:Map> ...and in CustomPushpin: <UserControl ... m:MapLayer.Position="{Binding Location}" m:MapLayer.PositionOrigin="BottomCenter" mc:Ignorable="d" d:DesignHeight="126" d:DesignWidth="85"> Like all other properties, the Location of the individual objects are implemented using INotifyPropertyChanged. private Location _location; public Location Location { get { return _location; } set { _location = value; OnPropertyChanged("Location"); } } When the map is moving, either because of panning or zooming, the objects move, but othersize not. I can't quite figure if I'm doing something wrong here, or if it's a problem with the Bing Maps control. Any thought?
