  I have a 1 : M relationship. I built a dynamic query based on input from users to return the listing of parents entities along with their children (using predicate builder: (done successfully new TDataContext().Ps.Where(predicate) )... but need to order the results by a field found only on the child entities. I'm at a loss: new TDataContext().Ps.Where(predicate).OrderBy(p = p.Cs. ??) where Ps = parents collection relationship with Cs = child entities any help appreciated.

  I would like to use AJAX to display dynamic content via my wordpress plugin. The data source is an xml feed from a remote domain (not owned by me). I have tried using JQuery plugins that use YQL to do cross domain Ajax calls; however, they are geared towards json and tend to return the data to me in a mangled state. My question is, is there a way of obtaining an xml feed using ajax from a remote domain?

  My question is easily summarized as: "Why does the following not work?" teststruct = struct('a',3,'b',5,'c',9) fields = fieldnames(teststruct) for i=1:numel(fns) fns(i) teststruct.(fns(i)) end output: ans = 'a' ??? Argument to dynamic structure reference must evaluate to a valid field name. Especially since teststruct.('a') does work. And fns(i) prints out ans = 'a'. I can't get my head around it.

Not just pause and play (i'm aware that pressing the home button twice brings up controls for this), but also the ability to browse and queue albums/artists/songs/playlists.   Hi, I have a table in which I want a dynamic image to load in at the left-hand side. The table needs to use an IF statement to select the appropriate image from the "Resources" folder, and needs to be based upon [dog types]. The [dog types] is extracted from an RSS feed, and so the image in the table cell needs to match the each cell's [dog types] tag. I suspect I need to use - (UIImage *)imageForTypes:(NSString *)types { to do such a thing. Thanks.

I wanted to know if I could do that with directives (since if I just code render the angular tags they won't get interpreted). The main problem is this. Every time the page loads I get a pop-up "to help protect your security, IE has restricted this webpage from running scripts or ActiveX controls that could access your computer". Or is it doable (or how difficult) to port an application from one to another platform? As I know, for iPhone only, libNUI (http://www.libnui.net) is a good choice (dynamic layout & mature), but it only provides GPL & commercial license. Any other open source tool similar with libNUI?

  Hi All, i am using a data grid in flex and i am generating data from a mysql server. However, my problem is with adding a button within the datagrid so each row has one. i have set the columns itemRenderer to mx.controls.Button although with the buttons shown in the grid there is no label on them (even though one has been set) and the assigned click event does not trigger when hitting the button. anyone have any ideas or guidance on what i am doing wrong. • converting array of bytes to UTF-8 unicode

  I have a file saved as UTF-8, and i'm reading it like this: ReadFile(hFile, pContents, pFile->nFileSize, &dwRead, NULL); (pContents is a BYTE* of size nFileSize) its just a small file with 100 bytes or so, contains text which i want to read into memory in wchar_t* format, so i can set the text of edit and static controls with the unicode text. How can i convert the bytes to UTF-8? edit (i don't want to use fstream or wfstream)
