• vim: highlight bash scripts?

  Since Windows doesnt have a C++ locale with UTF8 support by default, i would like to construct a custom locale object which supports UTF8 (by creating it with a custom ctype facet). How can i construct a locale object with a my own ctype implementation (i only found functions to construct a locale using an already existing locale as base..) If C++ does not support construction of locales with a custom ctype facet at all, why is that so ?

• Dojo Lightbox Close Button

  Hello, I have Dojo 1.4, and the lightbox is working. But the close button doesnt work with IE, I can see it, just not click it. With Firefox it workes all ok. So I assume the code and css are all ok. Any ideas? Greg

  Hello, It seems that I need to somehow disable IPv6 on my php pages, but I am not sure how to do this. I think I have to add --disable-ipv6 somewhere into my INI file... this doesnt look like proper syntax though.   In django models say this model exist in details/models.py class OccDetails(models.Model): title = models.CharField(max_length = 255) occ = models.ForeignKey(Occ) So when sync db is made the following fields get created and later to this of two more fields are added and sync db is made the new fields doesnt get created.How is this to be solved,Also what is auto_now=true in the below these are the new fields created_date = models.DateTimeField(auto_now_add=True) modified_date = models.DateTimeField(auto_now_add=True, auto_now=True)

• getting comments on facebook is limited to 50?

  Hi, strangely , lately when I'm trying to retrieve comments with the old facebook api I can get only the latest 50. And I didnt see any paging option there. And it doesnt matter if I use stream.getcomments or directly FQL . The weird thing is that using the same fql with the new api gives me all the comments. got a clue?

  my hostname is newton ...when I set "127.0.0.1 Newton" in /etc/hosts .. parallels stops working.. when I set "127.0.0.1 localhost" in /etc/hosts apache installed via ports stops working.. when I add both '"127.0.0.1 localhost", and "127.0.0.1 newton" to hosts file.. parallels network doesnt work

  Hi 2ALL... I've a tablesorter with attached pager plugin on my page with links 'Details' in the one of the cell. Links have a class='lightwindow' and after clicking is rising up a LightWindow script with a window. So it work's vell on the First Page .. when i click Next Page on SortTable.Pager and clickin on my link 'Details' it's doesnt work correctly, it looks like my links lost their class='lightwindow'. Any suggestions?

  If you take a look at: http://www.nrgi-raadgivning.dk/erhverv You can see in the code, that if you are coming from an IE, it should apply a stylesheet... The IE stylesheet is supposed to set the margin:0 at the dropdown menu ul, but i doesnt? Any ideas to whats wrong?

  If a SharePoint user (with Regional Settings set to UK) views a calculated date field in a View details form, the field shows incorrectly. I am using: ddwrt:FormatDateTime(string(@RenewalDate), 1033, 'dd MMMM yyyy') Which shows 04 January 2010 for 01/04/2010 and, doesnt show unresolvable dates such as 31-Dec-2010. This applies even with a simnple =[Modified] formula The Server is set up in the US for that locale.

  When I press refresh the selectOneMenu resets to the first item in the list even after I have selected the secondItem. This doesnt seem consistent with SelectOneRadio which maintains the selected item after I refresh. <ice:selectOneMenu id="test" > <f:selectItem itemLabel="test"/> <f:selectItem itemLabel="test2"/> </ice:selectOneMenu> Is there a way to keep the selected value after a refresh?

  I have a long string in javascript like var string = 'abc234832748374asdf7943278934haskhjdasfhjkdfas83421def8923487234897234897'; I am trying to match like abc234832748374 and def8923487234897 - that is - I have tried like string.match(\abc[^abc]|\def[^def]|) but that doesnt get me both strings because I need numbers after them ? Basically I need abc + 8 chars after and def the 8-11 chars after ? How can I do this ?

  I am using jxl api for generating a excel sheet, in which the alternate rows are highlighted, when I sort the contents of a excel and sort manually, the cell background colors messup, usually this is because I am writing the color cell by cell, is there anyway through which i color the alternate rows of the excel while generating it, in such a way that it doesnt effect the sorting of the contents.
