  • How to connect to MS Access 2007, from Java on a mac

    I'm looking for a way to connect to a MS Access 2007 database from Java. I don't believe the ODBC way is available to me as I'm writing on a mac and will be pushing this product to Linux. The HXTT drivers also do not work with 2007. Is there a way, a tutorial, an example, etc that accomplishes this? Setting the connection as a JNDI Datasource is preferable but not required

This does not work for my situation because I want pushes (and pulls if possible) to be secure. All the tutorials I've been able to find also use push_ssl=False.     New to django and trying to setup django-registration 0.8 with recaptcha-client. I followed the advice posted in the answer to this question. I used the custom form and custom backend from that post and the widget and field from this tutorial. My form is displaying properly with the recaptcha widget but when I submit it throws the error about the missing IP. What's the best way to pass the IP using django-registration?

    I been trying to get a cookie and post it to a url in later use in the program, but I cant seem to get the cookie parameters to work. Right now I have response = requests.get("url") But how exactly do I retrive cookies from this url and post them to a new url (the same cookies). The tutorial in requests is somewhat vague on the topic and gives examples I cannot test. Hope someone can help with further examples. This is python 2.7 btw.

This particular one is passing in a string value as a parameter, then my web service will use that parameter to query my database via a stored procedure.     Hi, for a little project I have to do the following task on my IPhone: open a TCP socket send a command to the server shutdown the WRITE part of the connection read the response from the server close the connection I'm not experienced with socket programming - I've just started with network programming and I've already used the CFStream interface.
