  In my Blackberry application, I have a email address I want the user to be able to send an email to. I would like to have the built in Email Application run the compose screen with the "to" field filled in with the email address I supply, similar to how desktop mail clients respond to a "mailto" link. Does the API have a function for this?

When unlocked, the system can move this piece of memory around when it runs low on space, optimising memory usage. My question is that is there something similar under Linux, and if not, how does Linux optimize its memory usage?

• Check whether a folder is a local or a network resource in .NET

  Is there a quick way to check whether a path I have is on a local disk or somewhere on the network? I can't just check to see if it's a drive letter vs. UNC, because that would incorrectly identify mapped drives as local. I assumed it would be a boolean in the DirectoryInfo object, but it appears that it's not. I've found classic VB code to do this check (through an API), but nothing for .NET so far.

  Is there any function in pandas that can directly read a rotated csv file? To be specific, the header information in the first col instead of the first row. • Android TimePicker hour field disappears after orientation change

  I am using a TimePicker under API 1.5 and when the orientation is changed on my device (a stock G1 running 1.6 - though NOT on the 1.5/1.6 emulator), the hour field goes blank. It still remembers the hour, it just doesn't show it. Is there any workaround for this?   I have an application that is running on .net 3.5 SP1 and that is supposed to check if .net 4 is installed. Actually, I'm more interested if MSBuild v4 is installed, which would boil down to a simple File.Exists(@"C:\Windows\Microsoft.NET\Framework\v4.0.30319\msbuild.exe"); However, apart from the fragility of the 4.0.30319 Version (and the Windir, but that's easy to solve), I wonder if there is a more appropriate way, like an API?
