I expected that newly copied node appears in the nodes (for example) at line 08. But this is not true. When dojoUnique1 is target of drag and drop, nodes at line 08 contains only dojoUnique1. I want to modify some attributes of newly copied nodes on the event of onDndDrop. Please let me know how such a thing is realized.

  • What type of things can cause sgen msbuild task to fail intermittantly with Access Violation?

    In our MSBuild file for our project we sgen an assembly containing classes used during xml serialization. The classes are generated via xsd.exe. We use the following SGen task configuration. <SGen ToolPath="$(SdkPath)" ShouldGenerateSerializer="true" UseProxyTypes="false" BuildAssemblyName="AssemblyName.dll" BuildAssemblyPath="Outputs" ContinueOnError="false" /> Intermittantly the following error is thrown when executing the msbuild script on our build server. Originally this error might have occurred once out of every 50 (CI) builds, recently the frequency has been increasing and it now occurs maybe 5-6 out of every 10 builds. The size of the assembly that is being Sgenned is about 410k (circa 35,000 lines of generated code), and when successfull the serialization assembly is about 1.7M in size. When it fails, the output is as follows: Unhandled Exception: System.AccessViolationException: Attempted to read or write protected memory. This is often an indication that other memory is corrupt. E:\Path_ToBuild_Workspace\SolutionBuild.MSBuild(74,5): error MSB6006: "sgen.exe" exited with code -1073741819. We are using Hudson to manage our builds, so the msbuild and sgen processes are therefore spwaned by the Hudson.exe. There's not much out there on the interwebs regarding this type of error from SGen. Certainly nothing concrete.

The service is built in php and is located on some remote server not under my control so i cant modify it to add meta data or something else into it.   • How do I access a tomcat 5.5 installation via localhost running on Virtual PC 2007?

    I have a tomcat installation of 5.5 up and running on a Virtual PC with a fresh XP pro SP3. Launching tomcat gives the standard messages: INFO: Find registry server-registry.xml at classpath resource Apr 12, 2010 11:43:44 AM org.apache.catalina.startup.Catalina start INFO: Server startup in 3576 ms However, I cannot for the life of me connect to http://localhost:8080. I've also tried http://127.0.0.1:8080 with no success. This is on the virtual PC itself that I cannot connect to the server - I haven't bothered to try it on the host machine. Can anyone provide any information on why this may be happening? It's a fresh install of tomcat using Sun's JRE 5.0 (I know, EOL, technical requirements make me have to use 5.0 and not a newer JRE).

  • PHP - Database schema: version control, branching, migrations.

    I'm trying to come up with (or find) a reusable system for database schema versioning in php projects. There are a number of Rails-style migration projects available for php. http://code.google.com/p/mysql-php-migrations/ is a good example. It uses timestamps for migration files, which helps with conflicts between branches. General problem with this kind of system: When development branch A is checked out, and you want to check out branch B instead, B may have new migration files. This is fine, migrating to newer content is straight forward. If branch A has newer migration files, you would need to migrate downwards to the nearest shared patch. If branch A and B have significantly different code bases, you may have to migrate down even further. This may mean: Check out B, determine shared patch number, check out A, migrate downwards to this patch. This must be done from A since the actual applied patches are not available in B. Then, checkout branch B, and migrate to newest B patch. Reverse process again when going from B to A. Proposed system: When migrating upwards, instead of just storing the patch version, serialize the whole patch in database for later use, though I'd probably only need the down() method. When changing branches, compare patches that have been run to patches that are available in the destination branch. Determine nearest shared patch (or oldest difference, maybe) between db table of run patches and patches in destination branch by ID or hash. Could also look for new or missing patches that are buried under a number of shared patches between the two branches. Automatically merge down to the nearest shared patch, using the db table stored down() methods, and then merge up to the branche's latest patch. My question is: Is this system too crazy and/or fraught with consequences to bother developing? My experience with database schema versioning is limited to PHP autopatch, which is an up()-only system requiring filenames with sequential IDs.

  • Moq a function with 5+ parameters and access invocation arguments.

    I have a function I want to Moq. The problem is that it takes 5 parameters. The framework only contains Action<T1,T2,T3,T4> and Moq's generic CallBack() only overloads Action and the four generic versions. Is there an elegant workaround for this? This is what I want to do: public class Filter : IFilter { public int Filter(int i1, int i2, int i3, int i4, int i5){return 0;} } //Moq code: var mocker = new Mock<IFilter>(); mocker.Setup(x => x.Filter( It.IsAny<int>(), It.IsAny<int>(), It.IsAny<int>(), It.IsAny<int>(), It.IsAny<int>(), It.IsAny<int>()) .Callback ( (int i1, int i2, int i3, int i4, int i5) => i1 * 2 ); Moq doesn't allow this because there is no generic Action that takes 5+ parameters. I've resorted to making my own stub. Obviously, it would be better to use Moq with all of its verifications, etc.

  • Is it possible for competing file access to cause deadlock in Java?

    I'm chasing a production bug that's intermittent enough to be a real bastich to diagnose properly but frequent enough to be a legitimate nuisance for our customers. While I'm waiting for it to happen again on a machine set to spam the logfile with trace output, I'm trying to come up with a theory on what it could be. Is there any way for competing file read/writes to create what amounts to a deadlock condition? For instance, let's say I have Thread A that occasionally writes to config.xml, and Thread B that occasionally reads from it. Is there a set of circumstances that would cause Thread B to prevent Thread A from proceeding? My thanks in advance to anybody who helps with this theoretical fishing expedition. Edit: To answer Pyrolistical's questions: the code isn't using Filelock, and is running on a WinXP machine.

    Hi, I have upgraded my web application from 3.5 to 4.0 to get benefits of the new features of ASP.NET 4.0. When i try to get Route Data Values; Page.RouteData.Values["customerId"] with this code i couldn't reach the RouteData.Values collection the Page class doesnt contain a member called routedata. I also have the same issue with Response.RedirectPermanent... What might be the reason ? Thanks in advance

    I have a web service method in which I create a particular type of object, use it for a few seconds, and then dispose it. Because of problems arising from multiple threads creating and using instances of this class at the same time, I need to restrict the method so that only one caller at a time ever has one of these objects. To do this, I am creating a private static object: private static object _lock = new object(); ... and then inside the web service method I do this around the critical code: lock (_lock) { using (DangerousObject do = new DangerousObject()) { do.MakeABigMess(); do.CleanItUp(); } } I'm not sure this is working, though. Do I have this right? Will this code ensure that only one instance of DangerousObject is instantiated and in use at a time?

  • Possible to recover mysql root pass with sudo server access?

    I've inherited development for a website on vps hosting, and have login info for a user with sudo privileges, but don't have the password for the mysql root user. After digging around a little, it looks like the only way to fix this is to stop mysql (something like this: http://waoewaoe.wordpress.com/2010/02/03/recover-reset-mysql-root-password/). But because the website it's serving is currently in production, I'm hoping you guys can enlighten me to any potential consequences (or let me know if there's typically a file where the password would be accessible). a) during the time mysql is stopped, information in the database won't be accessible, right -- even by other users? b) will resetting the root password have any impact on other users after mysql has restarted? Will their username/passwords still be valid? The current application is using an account with limited privileges to read/write to the database, and while 5min downtime in the middle of the night would probably go unnoticed, half a day while I tie up loose ends/figure out what I screwed up will land in me hot water.     I just installed an IRC bot, B****X (Don't ask, I don't know - the real name is not censored). I did all of the configuration and chmod'ed the pl files to 755, but running it won't work. My host does not allow SSH/Shell (which is how the documentation says to runs he script), but just going to the URL usually works because of this. However, I get a 500 (Internal Server Error) error.   • How do I access variables with hyphenated names in Smarty?

    I've got a PHP page that parses an XML file with SimpleXml, then passes that object to a Smarty template. My problem is that the XML file has hyphens in its tag names, e.g. video-player. In PHP, this is no problem, I just use $xml->{'video-player'} and everything's fine. Smarty, on the other hand, throws a fit when I try to use that syntax. The only solution I've come up with so far is to use a variable to store the name, e.g., { assign var=name value="video-player" } { $xml->$name } But this isn't terribly graceful to say the least. Is there another, better, approach to referring to a hyphenated variable name in Smarty?

My question is, what is the equivalent way to install the MariaDB packages using the rpm command only as opposed to yum? If I do rpm -ivh MariaDB*.rpm, I will get a ton of messages like the following about conflicts with mysql-libs: file /etc/my.cnf from install of MariaDB-common-5.5.32-1.x86_64 conflicts with file from package mysql-libs-5.1.66-2.el6_3.x86_64 file /usr/share/mysql/charsets/Index.xml from install of MariaDB-common-5.5.32-1.x86_64 conflicts with file from package mysql-libs-5.1.66-2.el6_3.x86_64 I then used the --force option to install the MariaDB rpms and uninstalled mysql-lib, I didn't get any weird messages but I'm not sure that is the cleanest method to handle the conflicts and do the install. So can someone confirm that installing MariaDB with the following rpm commands would be the same as using yum to install the packages and handle mysql-libs conflicts/removal: rpm -ivh --force MariaDB*.rpm rpm -e mysql-libs Thanks for any input!
