• SVN post commit stucks while starting process

  Hi, I've built a script in VS that receives the 2 arguments sent by post-commit hook. The script runs SVN LOG to retrieve data about the revision (author, date, files). When I run the solution from VS with constant vars for the arguments, it runs perfectly. When I execute the exe file, also runs perfectly. • Custom Application Page does not recognize tagPrefix defined in custom web.config

  I have a custom application page integrated in Centeral Administration. My application pages are placed in a subfolder in Template\Admin folder. I placed my own web.config in my subfolder and added tagPrefixes in the control section. However when I open my application page ASP.NET throws the exception that the tag SharePoint:InputFormTextBox was not recognized. What am I doing wrong? Or it doesn't work this way? What can i do to achieve this?

• Help a Python newbie with a Django model inheritance problem

  I'm working on my first real Django project after years of PHP programming, and I am running into a problem with my models. First, I noticed that I was copying and pasting code between the models, and being a diligent OO programmer I decided to make a parent class that the other models could inherit from: class Common(model.Model): self.name = models.CharField(max_length=255) date_created = models.DateTimeField(auto_now_add=True) date_modified = models.DateTimeField(auto_now=True) def __unicode__(self): return self.name class Meta: abstract=True So far so good. Now all my other models extend "Common" and have names and dates like I want. However, I have a class for "Categories" were the name has to be unique. I assume there should be a relatively simple way for me to access the name attribute from Common and make it unique. However, the different methods I have tried to use have all failed. For example: class Category(Common): def __init__(self, *args, **kwargs): self.name.unique=True Spits up the error "Caught an exception while rendering: 'Category' object has no attribute 'name' Can someone point me in the right direction?

  In my MVC application I have a Controller Action that Deletes a customer, which I'm applying Claims Based Authorization to using WIF. Problem: if someone doesn't have access they see an exception in the browser (complete with stacktrace), but I'd rather just redirect them. • Godaddy ASPNET membership database woes -- PLEASE HELP

  Ok heres the deal I purchased a windows shared hosting account on godaddy that came with 2 MSSQL databases. I setup one to hold my site data and the other installed aspnet membership schema to store site members. The site works perfectly even displaying data from the 1st database. However when I try to login or register I get this nasty error Exception Details: System.Configuration.Provider.ProviderException: The SSE Provider did not find the database file specified in the connection string. At the configured trust level (below High trust level), the SSE provider can not automatically create the database file. Ive gone through my web.config and theres nothing wrong with my 2 connection strings. It seems godaddy has a problem with using 2 mssql databases simultaneously when 1 is for membership. Googling just finds a whole lot of people with the same problem -- but no solutions! Does anyone know a solution or a workaround?...or has anyone ever successfully used 2 databases(1 for membership) on godaddy?

  I have a WCF REST service that needs to communicate with another WCF REST service. There are three websites: Default Web Site Website1 Website2 If I set up both services in Default Web Site and connect to the other (using HttpClient) using the URI http://localhost/service then everything is okay. The desired set-up is to move these two services to separate websites and rather than using the URI http://localhost/service, accessing the service via http://website1.domain.com/service still using HttpClient. I received the exception: System.ArgumentOutOfRangeException: Unauthorized (401) is not one of the following: OK (200), Created (201), Accepted (202), NonAuthoritativeInformation (203), NoContent (204), ResetContent (205), PartialContent (206) I can see this is a 401, but what is going on here? The code as it is above doesn't work, it doesn't return anything so the while loop isn't executed. If I replace $_GET['index'] with a number, like 10, it works just fine, it returns 10 rows. Echoing $_GET['index'] displays a number, so it should pass a number. I've also tried bindParam, but the result is same. Why isn't this working?

  I have a .Net 4.0 WPF application that requires an embedded database. MS Access doesn't work on 64 bit Windows I'm told. And I having issues with SSCE: Unable to load DLL 'sqlceme35.dll': This application has failed to start because the application configuration is incorrect. Reinstalling the application may fix this problem. (Exception from HRESULT: 0x800736B1) sqlceme35.dll is installed into my application's program files directory, so I can't seem to figure out why Windows XP Pro doesn't see it. I was wondering about other embedded databases options I might use that work on both 32 and 64 bit windows. Any suggestions?

My problem is that if the groovy script fails I only get the "error string found" in my cruise webapp and email; its even not in the log files. The groovy script writes it output to stdout and to a logfile. • java regex illegal escape character error not occurring from command line arguments

  This simple regex program import java.util.regex.*; class Regex { public static void main(String [] args) { System.out.println(args[0]); // #1 Pattern p = Pattern.compile(args[0]); // #2 Matcher m = p.matcher(args[1]); boolean b = false; while(b = m.find()) { System.out.println(m.start()+" "+m.group()); } } } invoked by java regex "\d" "sfdd1" compiles and runs fine. But if #1 is replaced by Pattern p = Pattern.compile("\d");, it gives compiler error saying illegal escape character. In #1 I also tried printing the pattern specified in the command line arguments. It prints \d, which means it is just getting replaced by \d in #2. So then why won't it throw any exception? At the end it's string argument that Pattern.compile() is taking, doesn't it detect illegal escape character then? Can someone please explain why is this behaviour?
