  hi my knowledge of xml and php is somewhat basic but have been able to parse a simple xml document (one level) ~ <numbers> <number>1</number> <number>2</number> </numbers> i'm attempting to parse an xml document from a website providing the latest market prices for gold bullion. I think i'm going to need a paid professional but want to give it a shot the xml file looks like this: <envelope> <message type="MARKET_DEPTH_A" version="0.1"> <market> <pitches> <pitch securityClassNarrative="GOLD" securityId="AUXLN" considerationCurrency="GBP" > <buyPrices> <price actionIndicator="B" quantity="0.153" limit="23477" /> </buyPrices> <sellPrices> <price actionIndicator="S" quantity="0.058" limit="23589" /> </sellPrices> </pitch> </pitches> </market> </message> </envelope> and simply i have no idea how to access the values within the "headings".   Hi, My understanding of basic BFS traversal for a graph is: BFS { Start from any node . Add it to que. Add it to visited array While(que is not empty) { remove head from queue. Print node; add all unvisited direct subchilds to que; mark them as visited } } However, if we have to traverse a DIRECTED graph from a given node and not all nodes are accessible from the given node [directly or indirectly] how do we use BFS for the same. Can you please explain in this graph as well: a= b = d = e = d a= c = d Here if the starting node is b , we never print a and c. Am I missing something in the algorithm. P.S: I used "HashMap adj = new HashMap();" to create the adjacencey list to store graph Any pointers are greatly appreciated. Thanks.

The trouble is it only sends me the comment when I want it to also send the name and email address that is captured. Anyone know how I can adjust this script to do this? Both the servers are hosted in the same system (Os-Microsoft Windows Server 2003 sp2).   I'm trying to send simple email via Ruby (no rails) on OS X, with XCode (which installs Ruby.) But I'm running into a problem with my smtp server which requires the email client to check mail before sending as a form of authentication. So with the script below I get an error: 500 Unrecognized command (Net::SMTPAuthenticationError). How can I get Ruby to authenticate with the smtp server in a "POP" fashion before I can send mail? Not download mail; I only want to send, but I have to check mail before I send. POP3 is not available at the smtp server. • problem getting info from a cookie with javascript

  I am having an issue with my cookies and I can't figure it out. Basically I have it set up so it checks for the cookie to see if the user is logged in, and then displays either a welcome message or a login link. It works - except that instead of returning the persons name in the welcome message it just is blank where the name should be.   I find the algorithm description in AIMA (Artificial Intelligence: A Modern Approach) is not correct at all. What does 'necessary' mean? What is the memory limit? The queue size or processed nodes? • Can an arbitrary email adress be used in workflow send email activity

  I'm wondering if there is any way to be able to include an arbitrary email address as the To:, From:, CC: or BCC: fields of a send email activity? It appears that they must be contacts in the CRM. I ask this because I have a requirement to cc a known group email (no actual user associated with the email...something like [email protected] it's not a queue at all). I'm concerned that if I create a CRM user for this email, that when I move to production, I'll have to change all the workflows using this email to point to the CRM entity on the production box (assuming GUID is saved with activity). If an arbitrary email isn't possible, any other suggestions? Thanks!

• How to create a rails habtm that deletes/destroys without error?

  I created a simple example as a sanity check and still can not seem to destroy an item on either side of a has_and_belongs_to_many relationship in rails. Whenever I try to delete an object from either table, I get the dreaded NameError / "uninitialized constant" error message. To demonstrate, I created a sample rails app with a Boy class and Dog class. I used the basic scaffold for each and created a linking table called boys_dogs.   Hi, I'm trying to execute with Maven some test written using Ant tasks. I generated the files required to import the task into Maven, but I can't execute them.   Okay I'm kindoff new to the .NET platform. And currently i'm learning ASP MVC. Do i need to install a virtual smtp server or something?.   Basically, what the title says. I have several properties that combine together to really make one logical answer, and i would like to run a server-side validation code (that i write) which take these multiple fields into account and hook up to only one validation output/error message that users see on the webpage. I looked at scott guthries method of extending an attribute and using it in yoru dataannotations declarations, but, as i can see, there is no way to declare a dataannotations-style attribute on multiple properties, and you can only place the declarations (such as [Email], [Range], [Required]) over one property :(. i have looked at the PropertiesMustMatchAttribute in the default mvc 2.0 project that appears when you start a new project, this example is as useful as using a pair of pins to check your motor oil - useless! i have tried this method, however, creating a class level attribute, and have no idea how to display the error from this in my aspx page. i have tried html.ValidationMessage("ClassNameWhereAttributeIsAdded") and a variety of other thing, and it has not worked. and i should mention, there is NOT ONE blog post on doing validation at this level - despite this being a common need in any project or business logic scenario! can anyone help me in having my message displayed in my aspx page, and also if possible a proper document or reference explaining validation at this level?

  I have a wcf service that uses callbacks with DualHttpBindings. The service pushes back a datatable of search results the client (for a long running search) as it finds them. This worked fine in .Net 3.5. Since I updated to .Net 4.0, it bombs out with a System.Runtime.FatalException that actually kills the IIS worker process. I have no idea how to even go about starting to fix this. Any recommendations appreciated. The info from the resulting event log is pasted below. • How does overlayViewTouched notification work in the MoviePlayer sample code

  Hi, I have a question regarding the MoviePlayer sample code provided by apple. I don't understand how the overlayViewTouch notification works. The NSlog message I added to it does not get sent when I touch the view (not button). // post the "overlayViewTouch" notification and will send // the overlayViewTouches: message - (void)overlayViewTouches:(NSNotification *)notification { NSLog(@"overlay view touched"); // Handle touches to the overlay view (MyOverlayView) here... } I can, however, get the NSlog notification if I place it in -(void)touchesBegan in "MyOverlayView.m".   I have an application that calls a function to send JSON object to a REST API, my problem is how can I handle time delays and repeat this function till i have a response from the server in case of interrupted network connexion ?? • WPF TextBlock Binding to DependencyProperty

  Hi, I have what I believe to be about one of the most simple cases of attempting to bind a view to a dependencyproperty in the view model. It seems that the initial changes are reflected in the view but other changes to the DP do not update the view's TextBlock. I'm probably just missing something simple but I just can't see what it is. Please take a look... My XAML has a status bar on the bottom of the window.
