    i downloaded the "phantomjs-1.7.0-windows.zip " for windows from the following url: http://phantomjs.org/download.html. i even set up the path of the extracted folder in the environment variables.But i am getting the "parse error" when i try to enter any command like "phantomjs --version" in the phantomjs.exe command prompt. my windows is 64 bit . I am not getting the reason y it is throwing the error.could u please suggest me what the problem would be with ??

Its showing XCode with these templates for Mac OS --Application --Audio Units --Automater actions --Bundles --Command Line Utility --dynamic library --Framework --Java --Kernal Extensions --Standard Apple plugin --Static Library --Other I need the Command Line Utility template so that can create sample projects mentioned in book.

    So I have this existing command that accepts a single argument, but I need something that accepts the argument over stdin instead. A shell script wrapper like the following works, but as I will be allowing untrusted users to pass arbitrary strings on stdin, I'm wondering if there's potential for someone to execute arbitary commands on the shell. #!/bin/sh $CMD "`cat`" Obviously if $CMD has a vulnerability in the way it processes the argument there's nothing I can do, so I'm concerned stuff like this: Somehow allow the user to escape the double quotes and pass input into argument #2 of $CMD Somehow cause another arbitary command to run

    Hi!, I have setup svnserve server (1.6.5,plain, without apache) on Fedora. I start the svnserve with the command 'svnserve -d --foreground --listen-port=3690 -r /usr/local/svn-repos/proj-test' When user trying to checkout working copy from the local machine with command 'svn checkout svn://127.0.0.1/proj-test' gets following error svn: URL 'svn://127.0.0.1/proj-test' doesn't exists but, 'svn checkout svn://localhost/proj-test' works. I am curious to know why using 127.0.0.1 with svn:// fails? Thanks. Banani

On windows I have a batch file: SQLite3.exe pathtodb\databasename <sqlitecommands.txt This batch calls the Sqlite command line program, attachs the database, and reads the command from sqlitecommands.txt. The sqlitecommands is dynamically modified(by Word VBA) to read (Select) Write (Update) to/from the database. What is the format of an applescript to do the same thing in Mac OSX?

    I am running a multithreaded application(Python2.7.3) in a Intel(R) Core(TM)2 Duo CPU E7500 @ 2.93GHz. I thought it would be using only one core but using the "top" command I see that the python processes are constantly changing the core no. Enabling "SHOW THREADS" in the top command shows diffrent thread processes working on different cores. Can anyone please explain this? It is bothering me as I know from theory that multithreading is executed on a single core.

But in what cases can it be null? As I know if command returns nothing reader is not null, it only have nothing.

    The goal is to have an application that runs in the system tray and can either accept user input from its actual GUI (which isn't the actual issue) OR accept command line parameters (that would actually be done via a context menu in windows explorer). Now, while I'm aware that the command line parameters are not exactly possible once the application has started, I need a way to pass data to the already running application instance via some form of handler. D:\Applets\Appletsappletviewer FirstApplet.java Warning: Can't read AppletViewer properties file: C:eswaran_s.VMSPL.hotjava\properties Using defaults. After I have run this command once again, it does not shows a warning messsage but the applet viewer is not running. How can I solve this issue?
