• How do I randomly select from a list in Python?

  Basically, I've got a homework task of programming a text based battle simulator in Python. Obviously I've gone with pokémon... I would like the enemy to be randomly selected, however I don't know how to randomly select from a list... foo = ['a', 'b', 'c', 'd', 'e'] from random import choice print choice(foo) This is what I've been told to try but I've got no modules or anything imported... How can I make this work, appreciated.

  Have a good day, I need to print a large image collection of pictures. If I use something like: printDocument.PrintPage += OnPrintPage; printDocument.Print(); my printing task size in printer queue takes more than 1 GB!.   The simplest example that I can provide for what I want to do is this: I need to create a Report, whose only requirement is that I have (4) of the same subreport on the page (imagine 4 portrait-oriented post cards on a page), each quadrant using a separate row from my datatable, yet all 4 are identical in terms of fields. If there are more than 4, it needs to carry over to a new page with the same format. I'm using C# and the built-in Crystal Reports Basic for the task.

  On my joomla website, I'd like to have a "about our company" article always be the first article on the front page. I want the other articles to shift down in position as new articles are added, but to keep the "about our company" one constantly on top. I tried setting the order of that article on the front page manager to -1, but it still shifted down when I added a new article. Any ideas?
