  • Excel 2007 - "The Document Information Panel was unable to load"

    In Excel 2007, if I go to Office button - Prepare - Properties instead of showing document properties, I get a message "The Document Information Panel was unable to load." I have come across a number of posts suggesting I copy ipedintl.dll from C:\Program Files\Microsoft Web Designer Tools\Office12\1033 to C:\Program Files\Microsoft Office\Office12\1033, however I have tried this, and the problem is still occurring. Does anyone have any other ideas of what this might be? Thanks.

When this message pops my computer just stuck and I can not even restart it normally. The only fix of this problem is to un-install service pack 3 and run fix from Microsoft which is available for Service Pack 2. Any help to fix this. Thanks.

    Hi all, I got thie message when i started apache service The Apache service named reported the following error: httpd.exe: Syntax error on line 128 of C:/data/apache/conf/httpd.conf: Cannot load C:/data/apache/modules/mod_wsgi.so into server: The specified module could not be found. . Not sure what went wrong, I do have "C:/data/apache/modules/mod_wsgi.so" Thanks for any help.

  • long access times and errors in iis application

    Hi, I am having an issue with an IIS application (details of environment at the end of the message). The web site works great most of the time and I cannot reproduce any error in our test system. On the live system however with on averare of 5-15 requests per second I have a problem with that some requests (about 0.05%) will take over 300 seconds to complete. The other requests complete withing 5-10 seconds. It seem like if all the errornous requests end up with a Timer_EntityBody error in the error log. I have never seen this as an end user but I guess that they will receive some kind of error message. I am trying to find out what can be causing this errornous behaviour. Any ideas are welcome. I have read something about that there can be an MTU issue if ICMP and MTU protocols are blocked in the firewall. Does that sound reasonable? I have also read about updating to IIS 7 should do the trick. Does it sound reasonable? I think that the problem has another cause but I have no idea of what. I have tried running hte perormance monitor, monitoring for database locks and active transaction counts. I can see some of these in the perfmon log for the MSSQL server (another machine) for example: Active transactions is sometimes peaking and sometimes for long periods Lock waits per seconds is sometimes peaking Transactions per second is sometimes peaking Page IO Latch wait is sometimes peaking Lock wait time (ms) is sometimes peaking But I cannot see that any of these correlate to the errors in the IIS error log. On the IIS server machine I can also see with perfmon that some values peak a few times during a day: Request execution time Avg disk queue length I can neither see that any of these correlate to the errors in the IIS error log.     my problem is about Ip Address which I am receiving on the windows system snmp-trap messages,is some thing like that UDP: [192.168.1.150]:1029->[0.0.0.0]:0 while same trap message on linux system has been displayed as UDP: [192.168.1.150]:1030->[192.168.1.23] Now,if you observed carefully these two ,its clearly shown that server ip is not coming in windows traps-Ip([0.0.0.0]:0).what would be the possible reason?please anyone can help me about understanding this & can provide the solution for this problem.

    I am trying to connect to a Barracuda VPN with a windows 7 machine. I am gettng this message before it fails: There are no TAP-Win32 adapters on this system. You should be able to create a TAP-Win32 adapter by going to Start - All Programs - Network Connector - Add a new TAP-Win32 virtual ethernet adapter. I am unable to follow these instructions on Windows 7, any ideas on how to create this adapter?

  • Can't uninstall trial version of Expression Blend 3, error writing to file Config.msi

    I can not remove a trial version of MS Expression Blend 3 from my pc. I am always getting the same error: "Error writing to C:\Config.msi\6e6288.rbf." The name of the file varies. On the error message window there are two buttons: "Retry" and "Cancel", but clicking on any of them gives the same result - uninstall is cancelled and everything is rolling back. I tried to change access permissions to that folder in many ways, but result all the same.

    Windows 7 64 bit. The only recent change was I installed two updates for MS Office, and a cumulative security update for IE. As soon as I choose a user and login, after loading my user profile it states the preparing your desktop message, and then powers off. I have used DaRT to check the event log, but nothing is recorded. Ideas?

    I have SpiceWorks 4.7, installed and added the sql monitor extension to monitor our SQL servers. It does identify our sql servers correctly, but when I put the login information in it can't authenticate, with the following error message. Authentication failed. Check the login and password, and ensure that the server is configured for remote connections. I get the same result trying to use windows authentication. WE do use an alternate port# could this be the problem?

I tried using sudo apt-get phpmyadmin but the command apt-get is not recognized. I also tried sudo yum install phpmyadmin but that I get the message No package phpmyadmin available.     Im prety sure i completely removed mysql from my system, except for one thing. When i type mysql in the command line i get this bash: /opt/local/bin/mysql5: No such file or directory How is it still recognizing where it thinks mysql should be? I'm trying to build it myself in /usr/local, and when i do install it there, i still get that error message for it looking for it in opt/local.

  • Ubuntu (9.1) behind a ISA proxy

    I have set up a Ubuntu PC on a next work that is behind a ISA Proxy. When I run the command sudo apt-get update I get several messages with this message: 502 Proxy Error (The ISA Sever denied the specified Uniform Resource Locator) The computer can see the internet and adding the proxy settings in the Network Preferences does not help. When I do a ifconfig Im on a 192 address which is not the usual subnet our PCs are on. Any ideas?

    When I get new mail and go to the "unread email" quick view I always see two version of the email, even though I definitely have only one such version in the inbox itself. Further, viewing the message via inbox usually marks only one of these copies as read, or sometimes none at all. I have no custom filters defined that could cause duplication. Any idea what's going on? PS This is the new version (2011).

    I just tried to install Windows 7 x64 SP1 on my desktop computer, but 10 minutes in to the installation i get this error: The filename, directory name or volume label syntax is incorrect. ERROR_INVALID_NAME(0x8007007b) My guess is that I have to reinstall the OS, but I'm wondering if I somehow can get a more detailed error message. I want to know what has got the wrong name/path?     This fails: $ curl --trace multipart-fail.log -F "source={}" http://127.0.0.1:3003/jslint With a squid status 417 error, ERR_INVALID_REQ. trace of failing curl request trace of successful curl request that uses urlencoding (curl -d) instead of multipart (curl -F) formatted version of squid's error message I've never had this in practice through a web browser, so it's probably curl usage instead of squid, but if I tell curl not to use the squid proxy, the web application on the other end accepts it just fine. (If there's a more appropriate StackExchange site for this, please let me know.)
