  I'm trying to float my navigation at the top much more to left around 200px atleast more towards the end of the line that can been seen below. For the life of me, I can't think of a reason why anybody would ever set that parameter to true. What's the point of continuing generating a page when the end user's browser is just going to be redirected to a different page immediately?

However under Windows 7 Professional i can't delete the file some System process is always restoring it (same with the dll files) and as you can imagine a lot of programs are crashing because of that behaviour. So WHAT SERVICE/PROCESS can lock/recreate/restore files? I have disabled System Recovery.
