  • How automatically fill a form with jQuery ?

    Hi, I have a website that changes his inputs ids, and I'm trying to make a semi auto-login, filling automatically the email and the password part... I'm doing this with greasemonkey and jQuery... I'm trying something like this $("input[@type=text]").setValue("[email protected]"); but had no success... The Page has only the login part, two text type inputs... What am I missing here?

  • Piping a bash variable into awk and storing the output

    Hello, To illustrate my problem, TEST="Hi my name is John" OUTP=`echo $TEST | awk '{print $3}'` echo $OUTP What I would expect this to do is pass the $TEST variable into awk and store the 3rd word into $OUTP. Instead I get "Hi: not found", as if it is expecting the input to be a file. If I pass just a string instead of a variable, however, there is no problem. What would be the best way to approach this? Can any 1 tell me what is wrong here. has_permissions has the value 1 or 0.

I want to do one thing if the tr is clicked and other when this specific td in the tr is clicked. So how do i in my tr.click() event defined that the event shall not happend when i click the specific td?     I have a requirement in Ab Initio to format a number in left alignment. I shouldn't be using String conversion (as Strings are left aligned by default), as it might cause compatibility problems in the other end. For example, if my Field has 7 bytes length, and I'm getting only two digits as my input, then these two digits should go into the first two bytes of my field (left aligned), instead of the last two bytes. So, is there any in-built function in Ab Initio, that can format a number as left aligned?

    I want to implement the most secure, and most reliable form of symmetric key cryptography in my application. The user should input a password to encrypt/decrypt, and that's all. For RijndaelManaged, one must enter a key and an IV. I'm not sure how to address the situation. Right now, I have the entered password being hashed by SHA256 and then being used as the key for the Rijndael. What do I use for the IV? Another password?
