    Hi everyone, I'm doing a kind of research on the topic "Domain Driven Design". My question is what tools (or maybe environments) do you use, that support this paradigm? I know that I can google it, but I wonder which of them actually work and are useful, since I have no experience with neither of them.   • Using pydev with Eclipse on OSX

    I setup PyDev with this path for the python interpreter /System/Library/Frameworks/Python.framework/Versions/2.5/Python since the one under /usr/bin were alias and Eclipse won't select it. I can run my python script now but cannot run the shell as an external tool. The message I get is variable references empty selection ${resource_loc} Same if I use {container_loc} Any thoughts ?     I have an ASP.net application that currently consumes SOAP web services. This platform is targeted at .net 2.0 and I use Visual Studio Professional 2005 to maintain it. I now have a requirement to consume a number of restful web service within the same application. Is the consumption of Restful web services with WCF so trivial, compared to using HttpClient that it is worth the cost and time of upgrading to Visual Studio 2008 and .Net 3.5 framework

  • Adobe Air: Is it possible to save files to a network path (osx)

    I was wondering if it would be possible to write a file, not to the local system, but to a connected server or other network path.     Is it possible to create a command line Abode Air app? I know thats not the intended use of the framework, but I have a lot of utility code written in as3, and I have a need to programatically run some utility functions from another app (not flash). I know I can pass command line parameters to the Air app, but I would like to avoid having a window pop up while the calculations are being made. Thanks.

    Im using the .NET framework 1.1 and Im hoping someone could help me implement a dynamic array of objects? A watered-down example of the object I wish use is below. Class CarObj { public string CarName; public string CarYear; } Should I use an ArrayList or do you think it would be better to make a CarList class to implement an IList interface?   • jQuery UI Droppable: Detect which draggables are dropped on an element?

    I have the jQuery UI framework's draggable and droppable elements working. I would like to programmatically determine which draggable elements are currently dropped on which droppable elements. Is there an easy way to do this? I thought of using event listeners to detect drop and out events, then keep a dictionary or something in memory to keep track, but this seems contrived. Better ideas?
