  • Submit form from greybox window to main window

    Hi everyone, I'm using greybox and trying the following thing: I want to make a form inside the pop-up so when the users submit's it, the request goes to the main window and the pop-up closes. I know the way to close the window is by using onclick="parent.parent.GB_hide()", but I really haven't been able to find a way to make the pop-up close and the data sent to the corresponding controller when the form is submitted. I'm using Zend FW. Thanks in advance, I really appreciate what this community does.

  • About the armlink behavior when the linked object is not explicitly used by the main executable

    I want to link the example with liba.so, and also the example is NOT using anything inside the liba.so ... armlink --userlibpath /mylib/lib liba.so --fpic --shared -o example main.o demo.o So finally I got nothing from: readelf -d example | grep NEEDED, it seems that armlink do some optimization to remove the linked library which is not really used by the "example" ? If I want to let the liba.so be always linked into example, what need I do with armlink options ? Any information is very appreciated ;)

    After testing on msvc8, I found: Parse GetCommandLine() to argc and argv Standard C Library initialization C++ Constructor of global variables These three things are called before entering main(). My questions are: Will this execution order be different when I porting my program to different compiler (gcc or armcc), or different platform? What stuff does Standard C Library initialization do? So far I know setlocale() is a must. Is it safe to call standard C functions inside C++ constructor of global variables?

  • Daemon program that uses select() inside infinite loop uses significantly more CPU when ported from

    I have a daemon app written in C and is currently running with no known issues on a Solaris 10 machine. I am in the process of porting it over to Linux. I have had to make minimal changes. During testing it passes all test cases. There are no issues with its functionality. However, when I view its CPU usage when 'idle' on my Solaris machine it is using around .03% CPU. On the Virtual Machine running Red Hat Enterprise Linux 4.8 that same process uses all available CPU (usually somewhere in the 90%+ range). My first thought was that something must be wrong with the event loop. The event loop is an infinite loop ( while(1) ) with a call to select(). The timeval is setup so that timeval.tv_sec = 0 and timeval.tv_usec = 1000. This seems reasonable enough for what the process is doing. As a test I bumped the timeval.tv_sec to 1. Even after doing that I saw the same issue. Is there something I am missing about how select works on Linux vs. Unix? Or does it work differently with and OS running on a Virtual Machine? Or maybe there is something else I am missing entirely? One more thing I am sure sure which version of vmware server is being used. It was just updated about a month ago though. Thanks.

  • Thread Message Loop Hangs in Delphi

I have a simple Delphi program that I'm working on, in which I am attempting to use threading to separate the functionality of the program from its GUI, and to keep the GUI responsive during more lengthy tasks, etc. Basically, I have a 'controller' TThread, and a 'view' TForm. The view knows the controller's handle, which it uses to send the controller messages via PostThreadMessage. I have had no problem in the past using this sort of model for forms which are not the main form, but for some reason, when I attempt to use this model for the main form, the message loop of the thread just quits. Here is my code for the threads message loop: procedure TController.Execute; var Msg : TMsg; begin while not Terminated do begin if (Integer(GetMessage(Msg, hwnd(0), 0, 0)) = -1) then begin Synchronize(Terminate); end; TranslateMessage(Msg); DispatchMessage(Msg); case Msg.message of // ...call different methods based on message end; end; To set up the controller, I do this: Controller := TController.Create(true); // Create suspended Controller.FreeOnTerminate := True; Controller.Resume; For processing the main form's messages, I have tried using both Application.Run and the following loop (immediately after Controller.Resume) while not Application.Terminated do begin Application.ProcessMessages; end; I've run stuck here - any help would be greatly appreciated.

  • Windows batch - loop over folder string and parse out last folder name

    Hi, I need to grab the folder name of a currently executing batch file. I have been trying to loop over the current directory using the following syntax (which is wrong at present): set mydir = %~p0 for /F "delims=\" %i IN (%mydir%) DO @echo %i Couple of issues in that I cannot seem to pass the 'mydir' variable value in as the search string. It only seems to work if I pass in commands; I have the syntax wrong and cannot work out why. My thinking was to loop over the folder string with a '\' delimiter but this is causing problems too. If I set a variable on each loop then the last value set will be the current folder name. For example, given the following path: C:\Folder1\Folder2\Folder3\Archive.bat I would expect to parse out the value 'Folder3'. I need to parse that value out as its name will be part of another folder I am going to create further down in the batch file. Many thanks if anyone can help. I may be barking up the wrong tree completely so any other approaches would be greatly received also. Tim

    Django's for loop seems to be removing all of my <img> tag's self-closing...ness (/>). In the Template, I have this code: {% for item in item_list %} <li> <a class="left" href="{{ item.url }}">{{ item.name }}</a> <a class="right" href="{{ item.url }}"> <img src="{{ item.icon.url }}" alt="{{ item.name }} Logo." /> </a> </li> {% endfor %} It outputs this: <li> <a class="left" href="/some-url/">This is an item</a> <a class="right" href="/some-url/"> <img src="/media/img/some-item.jpg" alt="This is an item Logo."> </a> </li> As you can see, the <img> tag is no longer closed, and thus the page doesn't validate. This isn't a huge issue since it'll still render properly in all browsers, but I'd like to know how to solve it. I've tried wrapping the whole for loop in {% autoescape off %}...{% endautoescape %} but that didn't change anything. All other self-closed <img> tags in the document outside the for loop still properly close.

    HI all, This is what i'm trying to do. I have a .bat file which takes in a argument which is nothing but a folder name. What i do first is go one level up (cd ..). Now in this directory i have 3 folders and each folders have sub-folders and have .class files in them. What i want to do is recursively loop through the folders and get hold of the .class files. Once this is done i want to echo the target folder of the .class file as well as echo the name of the.class file. So c:\temp\potter\myclass.class. I would echo out c:\temp\potter\ and myclass. I'm able to do this by writing a separate bat file which works. But when i integrate this with the recursive function it seems to break. I'm invoking dojo.addOnLoad(init), and in my init() function I have these lines: dojo.connect(dijit.byId("project" + 0).InputNode, "onChange", function() {makeMatch(0);}); dojo.connect(dijit.byId("project" + 1).InputNode, "onChange", function() {makeMatch(1);}); dojo.connect(dijit.byId("project" + 2).InputNode, "onChange", function() {makeMatch(2);}); dojo.connect(dijit.byId("project" + 3).InputNode, "onChange", function() {makeMatch(3);}); dojo.connect(dijit.byId("project" + 4).InputNode, "onChange", function() {makeMatch(4);}); dojo.connect(dijit.byId("project" + 5).InputNode, "onChange", function() {makeMatch(5);}); and change events for my project widgets properly invoke the makeMatch function. But if I replace them with a loop: for (var i = 0; i < 6; i++) dojo.connect(dijit.byId("project" + i).InputNode, "onChange", function() {makeMatch(i);}); same makeMatch() function, same init() invocation, same everything else - just rolling my calls up into a loop - the makeMatch function is never called; the objects are not wired. What's going on, and how do I fix it? I've tried using dojo.query, but its behavior is the same as the for loop case.

  • Wordpress loop not showing 'else' when no posts exist

    When no posts exist I'm used to seeing the message after the else, and I'm not sure why it's not showing it now?
