What should I install and configure so others can interact with my application via the internet ?     Hi, Usually I am a web developer so this is probably a very novice question. I recently made an app in VB2008, but I developed it in a huge reso (1920x1200). The person that will be using it still uses 800x600 reso. Is there any simple way I can resize the entire interface to fit any resolution? I didn't really think about it at all while I was making the program.

    I've made no changes to the django project after running django-admin.py startproject Twingle When I run the local web server using python manage.py runserver, I can view the splash page telling me everything is working fine. But when I try to visit that project through apache, it fails. You can see the error at http://djaffry.selfip.com:8080/ The exception: Exception Value: No module named Twingle.urls (the project is Twingle)

    I guess this may be a novice question ( Which I am :) ). While redirecting user to custom error page, for e.g. 404, to tell that page wasn't found, the type of this redirect is 302. <error statusCode="404" redirect="/Utility/Error404.aspx" /> <error statusCode="400" redirect="/Utility/Error404.aspx" /> Is it possible to make this redirect 301 through Web.config?   • How to differentiate between various exception while calling a webservice in using .net?

    Hi, I am consuming one webservice, while consuming there can different types expception might occur depeninding on various situation like.. network failur, invalid soap data or exception from serverside also might occur. How can I differntiate between these different excpetion? Because in my application, with these exceptions I need to update the various status Like: if network failure occurs Status will be "unable to connect webservice" so I can try after sometime later. If exception comes from Web server , no need to call/try again. Thanks nRk

    I have a web application which needs to be called from firefox and safari. Several shortcuts will let the user edit stuff and do other actions. I already implemented my shortcuts and they work great in firefox but not in safari. I can't for example do anything on alt+return - its not getting catched. Is there an easy way to overwrite built-in shortcuts in safari? A way to make alt+return work with safari?
