  • permute data for a HashMap in Java

    - by tuxou
    hi i have a linkedhashmap and i need to permute (change the key of the values) between 2 random values example : key 1 value 123 key 2 value 456 key 3 value 789 after random permutation of 2 values key 1 value 123 key 2 value 789 key 3 value 456 so here I permuted values between key 2 and key 3 thank you; sample of the code of my map : Map map = new LinkedHashMap(); map =myMap.getLinkedHashMap(); Set key = map.keySet(); for(Iterator it = cles.iterator(); it.hasNext();) { Integer cle = it.next(); ArrayList values = (ArrayList)map.get(cle);//an arrayList of integers int i = 0; while(i < values.size()) { //i donno what to do here i++; } }

  • How to create a valid schema in a WSDL that restrict to <|<=|>|>=

    - by wsxedc
    This is what I have in my schema section of my WSDL to specify the field has to be comparison operators <xsd:simpleType> <xsd:restriction base="xsd:string"> <xsd:pattern value="&lt;|&gt;|&lt;=|&gt;=|="/> </xsd:restriction> </xsd:simpleType> SoapUI complains about this part of the WSDL, I tried to set the value to something with non special characters and the WSDL is valid. So I tried to replace that whole long string to be value=">gt;" and it valid but value="<lt;" is not valid, and value=">" is also not valid. My question is, why does the WSDL validation need > to be double escaped? The main question is, how to provide a valid less than side within the pattern value.

  • Set primary key on hibernate generated sequence table

    - by bungrudi
    setup: hibernate 3.3, MySQL 5 I have an hibernate entity that have its PK generated using a sequence table. The annotation looks like this: @GenericGenerator(name = "SCENARIO_TABLE_GEN", strategy = "org.hibernate.id.enhanced.TableGenerator", parameters = { @Parameter(name = "initial_value", value = "5"), @Parameter(name = "force_table_use", value = "true"), @Parameter(name = "table_name", value = "SEQ_TABLE"), @Parameter(name = "value_column_name", value = "VALUE_COL"), @Parameter(name = "segment_column_name", value = "KEY_COL"), @Parameter(name = "segment_value", value = "SCENARIO") }) The problem is, that hibernate generated sequence table (SEQ_TABLE in my case, generated using hbm2ddl) does not have a primary keys. How do I tell hibernate that I want to have the primary key for the sequence table set on KEY_COL ?

  • How to remove thie ".svc" extension in RESTful WCF service?

    - by Morgan Cheng
    In my knowledge, the RESTful WCF still has ".svc" in its URL. For example, if the service interface is like [OperationContract] [WebGet(UriTemplate = "/Value/{value}")] string GetDataStr(string value); The access URI is like "http://machinename/Service.svc/Value/2". In my understanding, part of REST advantage is that it can hide the implementation details. A RESTful URI like "http://machinename/Service/value/2" can be implemented by any RESTful framework, but a "http://machinename/Service.svc/value/2" exposes its implementation is WCF. How can I remove this ".svc" host in the access URI?

  • [dynamic] Different behaviours between .NET 4.0 beta 2 and last release of .NET 4.0 !

    - by yogi4ever
    Hi. I've identified a difference of DLR between .NET 4.0 Beta 2 and the last release of .NET 4.0. In .NET 4.0 Beta 2, this code perfectly works at runtime : var dateTimeList = new List(); dynamic myDynamicObject = dateTimeList; object value = DateTime.Now; myDynamicObject.Add(value); Now, with last release of .NET 4.0, I have an exception at run time (to solve myDynamicObject.Add(value);) :-( In my real code, 'myDynamicObject' is a dynamic (but I know that it is always an ObservableCollection where T can be anything). 'value' is an instance which was got by some reflexions. As 'value' can have any type, the type of 'value' is Object. Do you see how can I solve this new limitation of .NET 4.0 ? Thanks

  • JQUERY: Multiplying input elements select box and radio boxes and hidden inputs

    - by Andrew Tan
    Evening, I'm tyring to multiply different input elements but for some reason it's giving me a NAND error. As the user selects, check or modify the values of any element. This should change the total amount. http://jsfiddle.net/aQ5K8/ <select name="select"> <option value="1">1</option> <option value="2">2</option> <option value="3">3</option> </select> <input name="radio" type="radio" id="radio" value="10" tvalue="100" /> <input name="radio" type="radio" id="radio" value="20" tvalue="200" /> <label id="Total"></label> Also if you take a look at the jsfiddle code i have tvalue=100 and the other is =200 as a custom attributes, how would I access that instead of accessing the regular html value. Thank you.

  • Actual SQL statement after bind variables specified

    - by bioffe
    I am trying to log every SQL statement executed from my scripts. However I contemplate one problem I can not overcome. Is there a way to compute actual SQL statement after bind variables were specified. In SQLite I had to compute the statement to be executed manually, using code below: def __sql_to_str__(self, value,args): for p in args: if type(p) is IntType or p is None: value = value.replace("?", str(p) ,1) else: value = value.replace("?",'\'' + p + '\'',1) return value It seems CX_Oracle has cursor.parse() facilities. But I can't figure out how to trick CX_Oracle to compute my query before its execution.

  • Are the atomic builtins provided by gcc actually translated into the example code, or is that just f

    - by Jared P
    So I was reading http://gcc.gnu.org/onlinedocs/gcc-4.1.0/gcc/Atomic-Builtins.html, and came across this: type __sync_and_and_fetch (type *ptr, type value, ...) type __sync_xor_and_fetch (type *ptr, type value, ...) type __sync_nand_and_fetch (type *ptr, type value, ...) These builtins perform the operation suggested by the name, and return the new value. That is, { *ptr op= value; return *ptr; } { *ptr = ~*ptr & value; return *ptr; } // nand Is this code literal? or is it just to explain what gcc is doing atomically using c-like syntax? And if this is the direct translation, can someone explain how it is atomic?

  • How to get the class of an input inside a jQuery each loop?

    - by Paul Atkins
    Hi, I have function which appends inputs inside a list item when a link is clicked. I then loop through these inputs using an each loop using the code below. It is working correctly as shown, however instead of using field.name I want to use the class of the input as the array key but when i try to do this the class is shown as undefined. Here is the code I am currently using: var values = {}; $.each($('li :input').serializeArray(), function(i, field) { values[field.name] = field.value; }); Here is the code I have inside the list item once I have appended the hidden inputs using jQuery append: <li><input type="hidden" name="group" class="group" value="2"/><input type="hidden" name="condition" class="condition" value="isany"/><input type="hidden" name="value" class="value" value="1,2"/></li> I can get the name attribute fine but class is always undefined. Could anybody help with this?

  • Export CSV from Mysql

    - by ss888
    Hi, I'm having a bit of trouble exporting a csv file that is created from one of my mysql tables using php. The code I'm using prints the correct data, but I can't see how to download this data in a csv file, providing a download link to the created file. I thought the browser was supposed to automatically provide the file for download, but it doesn't. (Could it be because the below code is called using ajax?) Any help greatly appreciated - code below, S. include('../config/config.php'); //db connection settings $query = "SELECT * FROM isregistered"; $export = mysql_query ($query ) or die ( "Sql error : " . mysql_error( ) ); $fields = mysql_num_fields ( $export ); for ( $i = 0; $i < $fields; $i++ ) { $header .= mysql_field_name( $export , $i ) . "\t"; } while( $row = mysql_fetch_row( $export ) ) { $line = ''; foreach( $row as $value ) { if ( ( !isset( $value ) ) || ( $value == "" ) ) { $value = "\t"; } else { $value = str_replace( '"' , '""' , $value ); $value = '"' . $value . '"' . "\t"; } $line .= $value; } $data .= trim( $line ) .   • Javascript form validation only works in firefox

    - by Logic Artist
    Hello, I am relatively new to Javascript so I'm hoping this is a simple mistake. I building a generic form validation function that is called on the form's onSubmit. The function loops through all the form's child elements, looks for certain classes, and analyzes the contents of the appropriate fields. If it finds something missing or erroneous, it displays the appropriate error message div and returns false, thus preventing the form from being submitted to the php page. It works well in firefox 3.6.3, but in every other browser I've tested (Safari 4.0.4, Chrome 4.1, IE8) it seems to ignore the onSubmit and jump straight to the php processing page. HTML CODE: <form name='myForm' id='myForm' action='process_form.php' method='post' onSubmit="return validateRequired('myForm')"> <fieldset class="required radioset"> <label for='selection1'> <input type='radio' name='selection' id='selection1' value='1'/> Option 1 </label> <label for='selection2'> <input type='radio' name='selection' id='selection2' value='2'/> Option 2 </label> <label for='selection3'> <input type='radio' name='selection' id='selection3' value='3'/> Option 3 </label> <label for='selection4'> <input type='radio' name='selection' id='selection4' value='4'/> Option 4 </label> <div class='errorBox' style='visibility:hidden'> Please make a selection </div> </fieldset> <fieldset class="required checkset"> <label> Choice 1 <input type='checkbox' name='choices' id='choice1' value='1'/> </label> <label> Choice 2 <input type='checkbox' name='choices' id='choice2' value='2'/> </label> <label> Choice 3 <input type='checkbox' name='choices' id='choice3' value='3'/> </label> <label> Choice 4 <input type='checkbox' name='choices' id='choice4' value='4'/> </label> <div class='errorBox' style='visibility:hidden'> Please choose at least one </div> </fieldset> <fieldset class="required textfield" > <label for='textinput1'> Required Text: <input type='text' name='textinput1' id='textinput1' size='40'/> </label> <div class='errorBox' style='visibility:hidden'> Please enter some text </div> </fieldset> <fieldset class="required email textfield"> <label for='email'> Required Email: <input type='text' name='email' id='email' size='40'/> </label> <div class='errorBox' style='visibility:hidden'> The email address you have entered is invalid </div> </fieldset> <div> <input type='submit' value='submit'> <input type='reset' value='reset'> </div> </form> JAVASCRIPT CODE: function validateRequired(id){ var form = document.getElementById(id); var errors = 0; var returnVal = true; for(i = 0; i < form.elements.length; i++){ var elem = form.elements[i]; if(hasClass(elem,"required")){ /*RADIO BUTTON or CHECK BOX SET*/ if(hasClass(elem,"radioset") || hasClass(elem,"checkset")){ var inputs = elem.getElementsByTagName("input"); var check = false; for(j = 0; j < inputs.length; j++){ if(inputs[j].checked){ check = true; } } if(check == false){ errors += 1; showError(elem); } else { hideError(elem); } } /*TEXT FIELD*/ else if(hasClass(elem,"textfield")){ var input = elem.getElementsByTagName("input"); if(input[0].value == ""){ errors += 1; showError(elem); } else { hideError(elem); /*EMAIL ADDRESS*/ if(hasClass(elem,"email")){ if(isValidEmail(input[0].value) == false){ errors += 1; showError(elem); } else { hideError(elem); } } } } } } if(errors > 0){ returnVal = false; } else { returnVal = true; } return returnVal;} I know this is a lot of code to look at, but any help would be appreciated. Since it works fine in one browser, Im not sure how to start debugging. Thanks Andrew

  • Fastest way to move records from an Oracle database into SQL Server

    - by user347748
    Ok this is the scenario... I have a table in Oracle that acts like a queue... A VB.net program reads the queue and calls a stored proc in SQL Server that processes and then inserts the message into another SQL Server table and then deletes the record from the oracle table. We use a DataReader to read the records from Oracle and then call the stored proc for each of the records. The program seems to be a little slow. The stored procedure itself isn't slow. The SP by itself when called in a loop can process about 2000 records in 20 seconds. But when called from the .Net program, the execution time is about 5 records per second. I have seen that most of the time consumed is in calling the stored procedure and waiting for it to return. Is there a better way of doing this? Here is a snippet of the actual code Function StartDataXfer() As Boolean Dim status As Boolean = False Try SqlConn.Open() OraConn.Open() c.ErrorLog(Now.ToString & "--Going to Get the messages from • doctrine default values and relations

    - by Skirmantas
    Concept: Lets say we have table Properties with columns id and name (lets say with some predefined values: "Good" "Better" "Best"). Another table Users has column property_id with many to one relation on Properties (property_id = id). Users has default value on property_id, lets say 1 which means "Good". We might have another table analogue to Users however with default property, lets say "Better". What I need is ability to change default value for Users or other tables in administrator's panel. In mysql I can set default value for column like this: ALTER TABLE <Table> CHANGE <Column> DEFAULT <NEW_DEFAULT_VALUE> I can retrieve default value: SELECT DEFAULT(<Column>) FROM <Table> LIMIT 1 Is it possible to achieve this concept with Doctrine? What I actually need is such method in my table class: class UserTable extend Doctrine_Table { /* ... */ getDefaultProperty() { } setDefaultProperty($value) { /* $value can be either integer or Doctrine_Record */ } }

How can I change my second code to work in the same way but not only for two selectors. I need it for many. Don't want to copy paste the same section like in my second code.
