  • I think my PHP app is being session hijacked?

    Hi there, I have a php site that lets registered users login (with a valid passord) and sets up a session based on their UserID. However I'm pretty sure thisis being hijacked and I've found "new" files on my server I didn't put there. My site cleans all user input for SQL injections and XSS but this keeps happening. Has anyone got any ideas on how to solve this?

    I wanted to allow for a method to get called, if a finger was dragged from outside into the bounds of a control. I thought UIControlEventTouchDragEnter would do it, but it doesn't seem to. Does anyone know if there is a way to trigger an action based on a tap sliding into a control?     For one of my clients I'm currently building an application that communicates with a legacy Microsoft Access database. Migrating to SQL server is unfortunately not (yet) an option. I currently write the queries using OleDbConnection, OleDbCommand and –good old- text based queries. As you can imagine I'm a bit spoiled by using modern O/RM tools and I feel like I went back in time. Which O/RM tool supports Microsoft Access so I can get rid of this uglyness?

  • Why is Perl commonly used as CGI scripts?

    I plan to add a better search feature to my site, so I thought that I would write it in C and use the CGI as a means to access it. But it seems that Perl is the most popular language when it comes to CGI-based stuff. Why is that? Wouldn't it be faster programmed in C or machine code? What advantages, if any, are there to writing it in a scripting language? Thanks.

    Since Grails 1.2 there's a documentation engine included: gdoc. The documentation's syntax is based on the Textile format. Is there some editor support for this? My first choice would be a plugin for IntelliJ, second option on for vim or gedit. Any hints welcome. I am totally a aware that the format is very simple by itself but having code coloring and content assist would be really nice.

I Want the installer to be able to check for the JRE, register a file association and be able to load a website on un-install.     I have a Club class and Player Class.The player class has an attribute Fav.clubs which will have unique club values.So the user is suppose to enter various club names.Based on the club names I have to retrieve those club objects and establish the relationship that this particular player has this Fav.clubs.The attribute Fav.clubs in Player class should store the names of Club .Now what I have to do is,take input from user about fav.clubs.This will be a list.After that traverse each element in the list and acc to string name find the corresponding club object and then store that object instance in Player class.

    A ToolStripComboBox is placed after a ToolStripButton and is folowed by another one, which is right-aligned. How do I best set up the ToolStripComboBox to always adjust its length to fill all the space available between the preceeding and the folowing ToolStripButtons? In past I used to handle a parent resize event, calculate the new length to set based on neighboring elements coordinates and setting the new size. But now, as I am developing a new application, I wonder if there is no better way.
