  • Can freetextbox display links that were not explicitly added?

    I would like to display links that are pasted in as links rather than text but freetextbox does not seem to do this. For instance, if somebody pastes in http://www.stackoverflow.com it looks like a link but shows up only as text. Do I need to convert this myself or is there a setting in the editor to take care of this?

    For my Contact class, the property EmailAddress is marked with the [DataType(DataType.EmailAddress)] attribute. In my view, using Html.Display("EmailAddress") and Html.DisplayFor(c => c.EmailAddress) yields different results. The former outputs a mailto: link, which is the expected behavior, while the latter simply outputs the email address as plain text. My question is why the different behavior, I expected these two methods to have the same output.

    HI All. how can i get the frames of any video that i am fetching from the photo directory iphone .I checked out various links but they only provide any thumbnails or any particular TIME's frame image but i need the frames of full length video .And the respective audio too then is that possible that from the freames i got and the audio file i can create another video but will change the sequence of the frames only the audio file will be the same in the video.Is that feasible .?     I'd like a timer class that allows me to call: .start()   .getElapsedTime()   .stop()   .reset() Does Java have such a class, or do I need to use my own (which I've already written). From a best-practice point of view, I should use the Java class libraries classes if they exist, but I'm not sure whether this one does.   • Have a child window be notified when parent window goes to a different page?

    i have a parent window and a child window. in javascript, i want a function in child window to be called whenever the parent window loads a new page. i'd like to use something similar to jQuery's $(document).ready() so that I don't have to worry about whether the parent is done loading yet - but ready() only appears to fire when the window loads the first page - but not when, say, a link is clicked in the parent and it loads a second page. any suggestions? thanks.
