  • I want to transfer what I see on iPad app to the PC, is there a way?

    I have an iPad app that shows some good picture, and I want to transfer some pictures to the PC so I can send them by email to other people. Is there a way to capture the screen and save it as PNG or JPG? Otherwise, is the only way to install an iPad SDK (software development kit) so that you have a virtual iPad on the computer and run the app, and then use screen capture program on the PC to do the capture?

    Hello, By luck do you know a software on Windows (Vista) which can easily split a big folder (and its contents) into several small new folders ? notes: the new small folders should be independent the "file splitter" that I have already tested don't do alas the "folder splitter" job ! ;( Example : I have a main big folder C:\big\ (size: about 3Go) The result I need : C:\big01\ (size: about 200MB) C:\big02\ (size: about 200MB) etc...     I know Ghost and Clonezilla aren't able to build images of a system while the system is running(Without Rebooting). Haven't Checked on Acronis though, but i don't simpatize with private solutions. Question: Is there a software solution which is able to build a "Live" image? Would appreciate anwsers, since I'm one step away from building a Clonezilla test enviroment and this will just help on my decision. Thank you.

    Can I run 64-bit VM guests on a 32-bit host? If I have a physical PC with 32 bit can I launch a VM that is 64 bit? What virtual machine software (Virtual PC or VirtualBox or other) would allow this? I read out there that VMware may support this but I am looking for something Open source or free. Host would preferably be a Windows host but could be Linux. Guest needs to be Windows. Thanks

    What is the best way to backup windows SQL, Exchange or AD servers data to? NAS, external USB , iSCSI or perhaps some other backup solution? I will not however be considering cloud backup solutions due to bandwidth restrictions and cost. Currently I find NAS devices to give the best results but clients that do not have the budget for backup software use Windows Server Backup but then they can make only 1 backup to a NAS at a time.

    These are my requirements: Can support latest DirectX/OpenGL standards Dual DVI output required Less than $100 Does not need to excel at gaming Does need to provide hardware acceleration for Windows 7 and Visual Studio 2010 via WPF. Bonus points: Supported in OSx86 land. Quiet and low power. I tend to lean towards nvidia because I'm used to their drivers and their software (nview, etc.)

I imagine it in the form of two piece software. the first part, some kind of dashboard with list of active IPs, is on the server and awaits for information from remote hosts, the second part will be on clients and it will be reporting that client is working.     Win 7 Pro SP1 x64 EVGA Geforce GTX 670 FTW 2gb Geforce Driver: 320.49, it did happen with the previous version of the driver as well Chrome Version 28.0.1500.52 beta-m DirectX: 11 I was looking in chrome://gpu which told me that "Rasterization: Software only. Hardware acceleration disabled." and further down "Accelerated rasterization has not been enabled or is not supported by the current system." Is there a way to enable hardware acceleration?

Two video cards have blown out before because I had a fault, NVIDIA video card software driver installed that they had too many compliants that it was telling the fan that keeps the video card cool to stop working.     I have the official Adobe x64 iFilter PDF plug-in and the FoxIt Software iFilter PDF plug-in installed, and neither one seems to be allowing me to index the contents of PDF files. So far, I've: Added my data folder into the Indexing service configuration Ensured that PDF files are configured to index "file properties and contents" Rebuilt the index from scratch But, when I search, I can only search for PDF file names, not the contents of them. Any ideas on how to debug this issue?
