  I'm trying to position a div tag on my page absolutely so no matter if you resize the page or not the div does not move position. . I've used absolute positioning in both the div tag and in some JQuery .css({position:absolute}), It still moves when i resize the screen. quite annoying.

  Here's what I did: Right-clicked on an item in the 'Objects and Timeline' panel. Selected 'View XAML' Resized the window to a '0' size so that it went off the bottom of the screen. Now, even if I: Select 'Reset Current Workspace'... Or restart Microsoft Expression Blend.... I can't get the XAML view back. Can anyone help me?

  I learned how to create a view controller and make the view slide in from bottom. But the one in iphone album looks different. It darkens the rest of the visible portion of the screen when the view slides in. How do I create a similar one? I want to add buttons like "save, cancel, email" etc into the sliding view.

• White space on top of flash movie within table cell

  I have a flash movie, height = 151px width = 228, this is placed within a table cell ( cellpadding = 0 cellspacing = 0 vertical-align = top), but when it displays within the explorer windows there is a white space about 20px above the flash movie. I want the flash movie to appear directly under the grey lines. Here is a screen shot of the current issue:

• Dojo Tooltips missing the mark sometimes

  Hi everyone, I'm using tooltips for icons that are displayed in a dijit.Dialog. Sometimes they work just fine, but other times they get placed around 25 to 50 pixels further away from the target than they should be. I can't see any pattern to when this happens. • Searching in Xcode not finding results (searching my source)

  I'm pulling my hair out on this and Google results are skewed since it thinks I want to find out how to code something. My problem is that when trying to search my code with the String Matching box it finds nothing, even if I enter something that is on the screen below. Is it Spotlight that is delivering these results? I'm not excluding anything in my Spotlight index so should I just rebuild the index? Thanks for any help you can offer.

  If I call "[NSString stringWithFormat:@"Testing \n %@",variableString]"; I get what I would expect, which is Testing, followed by a new line, then the contents of variableString. However, if i try NSString *testString = @"Testing \n %@"; //forgive shorthand here [NSString stringWithFormat,testString,variableString] the output actually literally writes \n to the screen instead of a newline. any workaround to this? seems odd to me
