• Import excel files with image in php/mysql

  Hi all! I want to make an import script which allows users to upload their excel file (extension not important) to my php application. The application should reconize a list of items (so far so good). The difficulty in this case is that the excel files contain images...I've read information about phpexcel library but it does not say anything about images. Anybody ideas? Regards, Marcel

  I'd like the user to specify a RSS feed address and serialize the information from it. I am not interested in the XML format, but populate a strongly typed object from the XML. My question is, is there a standard that all RSS feeds support (Do all of them have date, title etc)? If so, is there a XSD that describes this. If not, how do I handle serializing a RSS feed to an object in ASP.NET?

  I was wondering if there are any features in Silverlight 2 or 3 that aren't documented or are hidden very deep in the framework? Stuff that can be very helpful in some cases, but can be a pain to find. Are there any "hidden" gems? I'm thinking about stuff you normaly don't find in tutorials and in demos. For example, finding information about the operating system the Silverlight Application is running on thru the System.OperatingSystem class.

We are using dynamic views and I can see other views checked out files using clearcase version tree so I think it should be possible to specify in a config spec.   I have a map annotation view that contains a rightcallout button which loads an accessory view which is a UIViewController class. I am using resuable annotations, but am wondering how I can pass updated information to my UIViewController class. Let's say I have 2 string values which map to 2 UILabels on my view.
