• Facebook like button showing in Firefox but not showing in IE

  Hello all, I have a Facebook like button on my page using the XBFML tag. I think the code is working, because it works in Firefox without a problem. But in IE 8 (running in IE 7 compliant mode), the button does not show at all. If I switch it all to the iFrame version of the like button it all works. But when I go with the XBFML tag it does not work. Anyone run into anything like this?

• Drupal - special css file if JS is turned off?

  I'm building a Drupal theme up and want to know if there is a Drupalish way to add a css file only if the user has js turned off. This would ideally go in the theme.info file to keep it neat! Something like this would be ideal: conditional-stylesheets[if no javascript][all][] = nojs.css If this isn't possible then I'm going to keep all the css that needs JS out of the css files, and add it dynamically using JS but this seems a bit messy... Any ideas?

  I am a template designer and I want to create one wordpress with all generic posts, but I don't want to have to keep logging in and copy & pasteing the same wordpress posts everytime. Can I point multiple WP installs to one database? A harder way would be export a master db and importing it to each install.   Hi, I've a SPJob Scheduled with a package (wsp) installation which update web.config and a Application Page which also build to update web.config. The problem is when I install the package it successfully update the web.config. I've confirmed the changes. Now, when we go to our Application Page which also successfully update the web.config but I lost the changes made during package installation. Any idea what would I be doing wrong? Thanks.

  I just got a bug report from someone running an app I wrote under Windows XP. He says it won't start up. The application failed to initialize properly (0xc0150002). Click on OK to terminate the application. It works fine at my end, (under Windows 7,) and I don't have any Win7- or Vista-specific stuff in the program, so it should work on XP too. How do I go about tracking this down and debugging it?

I was thinking of using the Scanner class to parse the word and make each letter an element in an array but it seems Scanner.next() only goes through whole words and not the individual letters.   By what i understand String and StringBuilder objects both allocate contiguous memory underneath. My program runs for days buffering several output in a String object. This sometimes cause outofmemoryexception which i think is because of non availability of contiguous memory. my string size can go upto 100MBs and i m concatenating new string frequently this causes new string object being allocated. i can reduce new string object creation by using Stringbuilder but that would not solve my problem entirely Is there an alternative to a contiguous string object?

When I inserted an image it doesnt shows in firefox and explorer. With safari, the image only shows an empty box with a question sign in the middle.
