  I want to resize my table view cells from inside the cell instead of from the UITableViewDelegate. I am resizing them based on asynchronous content, so I can't size them in the delegate. I tried setting self.frame inside the cell, but the table view was really unhappy about that. Cells were overlapping and all kinds of craziness was going on.

  I have a string based code that can be either two or three characters in length and I am looking for some help in creating a function that will increment it. Each 'digit' of the code has a value of 0 to 9 and A to Z. some examples: the first code in the sequence is 000 009 - next code is - 00A 00D - next code is - 00E AAZ - next code is - AB0 the last code is ZZZ.   Hi, I'd like to handle directly 64-bit words on the CUDA platform (eg. uint64_t vars). I understand, however, that addressing space, registers and the SP architecture are all 32-bit based. I actually found this to work correctly (on my CUDA cc1.1 card): __global__ void test64Kernel( uint64_t *word ) { (*word) <<= 56; } but I don't know, for example, how this affects registers usage and the operations per clock cycle count.

• Sort Strings by first letter [C]

  I have a program which places structures in a linked list based on the 'name' they have stored in them. To find their place in the list, i need to figure out if the name im inserting is earlier or later in the alphabet then those in the structures beside it. The names are inside the structures, which i have access to. I don't need a full comaparison if that is more work, even just the first letter is fine. Thanks for the help!

  I have a workspace with which I have 5 applications based on same schema. Now I want to have a main page from where I could call main pages of all these applications. I used this syntax to call home page in another application but to no avail f?p=4000:4150:&APP_SESSION. Where 4000:4150 are the values for the application and the page I want to display. Please let me know where am I making mistake.

• Applications of concurrent queues and stacks in .NET 4

  .NET 4 includes new concurrent data structures. The Bag and Dictionary collections have obvious applications but I cannot see any use for the Queue and Stack data structures. What are people using these for? Also, I've noticed that the design based upon linked lists incurs a lot of allocation and that destroys scalability. This is surprising given that the sole purpose of these collections is multicore programming. Is this an inherent limitation or are they just badly implemented?

I have a method that returns a string array of all the rows in the table that I want to make into an enumerated type. Is there any way to construct an enum with an array?   Hi. I have a process where one of the things to do is to capture the output from a print into a file for further processing. For this I have configured a "FILE:" printer port which works very nicely but asks everytime for the file name to use. Unfortunately "FILE" is not a very descriptive word when trying to use a search engine :( Is there a small driver somewhere which does exactly the same as the FILE: driver, but can automatically generate a filename (perhaps based on a pattern) and just print to that?

  I'm in the process of creating an SSIS package on a server (server1) that looks at the data in a sql db on another site (server2) and copies relevant rows across. The SQL statement required is: SELECT * FROM server2.ordersTable WHERE OrderID Not In (SELECT OrderID FROM server1.ordersTable This selects data from server1 which isn't in the table on server2 (based on order id) I then need to insert the result into a table on server1 How would I approach this? What components do I need etc...?

  My config file is really just a big python dict, but I have many config files to run different experiments and I want to 'import' a different one based on a command line option. Instinctively I want to do import ConfigFileName where ConfigFileName is a string with the config file's python package name in it... but that doesn't work. Any ideas?

  Hi all, The url structure of my cakephp based site is mysite/cakephp/myapp/index.php/controller/action/input_paramaters I cannot remove index.php from my url, as I dont have access to httpd.conf file. Anyways, my question is that I just need to change the url of my homepage to something like http://mysite or mysite/myapp How would I do that? Thanks a lot!!
