I am using the "MSF for Agile... v4.2" template as the base template and would like to set the version control settings of the "Project Management" document library todo the following: Major Versions : Enabled Documents must be checked our before they can be edited I'm using the editor GUI provided by the tfs powertools, however it does not appear these settings are available. Is it possible to define these settings in the WssTasks.XML file or do I need to approach this from a different angle.

    Hi all, I worked on this for several hours today and I'm pretty close to a solution but clearly need some help from someone who's pulled this off. I'm trying to post an image to a web service from the iPhone. The web service is running on my local network and I can change the source code at will and if I change the "ImgIn" parameter to a string and pass a string in, everything works fine, I get a return value no problem. So there are no connectivity issues at all, I'm able to call and get data from this web service on this server no problems. But I need to upload an image to this web service via the ImgIn parameter, so the above code is my best shot so far. I also have didReceiveResponse, didReceiveData, didFailWithError, etc all being handled. The above code fires off didRecieveResponse every time. However didReceiveData is never fired and it's like the web service itself never even runs. When I debug the web service itself, it runs and debugs fine when I use a string parameter, but with the image parameter, it never even debugs when I call it. It's almost like the ImgIn parameter is too long (it's huge when I output it to the screen) and the web service just chokes on it. I've read about having to encode to Base64 when using this method, but I can't find any good links on how that's done. If that's what I'm doing wrong, can you PLEASE provide code as to how to do this, not just "you need to use Base64", I'd really appreciate it as I can find almost nothing on how to implement this with an example. Other than that, I'm kind of lost, it seems like I'm doing everything else right. Please help! Thanks

  • Maven:install jar file during build process

    I have got a requirement as follows. I need to run ant build file during maven build process. I need to invoke the build.xml from my pom.xml file. I have done that using maven-antrun-plugin. Now I need to install the ant build generated jar file automatically into my local repository before maven compiles my project source. I tried using build-helper-maven-plugin but it did not help. Either I am doing something wrong, or i am not doing right. Please help. Update Thank you. ant maven tasks worked for me as well.     Using Sun Glassfish Enterprise server v2.1.1 I am using "alternatedocroot" via sun-web.xml for my web application to abstract out static content from actual deploy-able code (EAR/WAR) What I have is a cluster of two server instances distributed across two physical hosts - HOST1 and HOST2. "alternatedocroot" points to /data/static-content/ on both HOST1 and HOST2. Would DAS (Domain application server )take care of syncing /data/static-content between HOST1 and HOST2 if I use syncinstances=true option while starting up the cluster? Thanks!

    I'm using Hibernate with OpenSessionInViewInterceptor so that a single Hibernate session will be used for the entire HTTP request (or so I wish).     I've got a simple UIWebView in my iPhone app that's loading a XHTML document with some SGV embeded. This all works find on the desktop version of Safari, but it crashes in a UIWebView. After that it is not updating the log file. then we do touch cmd on log4j.xml, so that it creates the log files again.     Hi, I'm using Google Maps in my Flex site to create a map. I've got polygons overlayed on the map. When the user rolls over a polygon an infowindow opens identifying the area and the fill Alpha of the area is set to 0. On roll-out, the info window is removed and the fill Alpha is returned to the default, 0.2. The polygons display and the InfoWindow is added and removed correctly. The problem is that the change in fill alpha only occurs on the very last polygon in the list. So for example, if I have polygons A, B, C, and D. If I rollover A, then A's alpha should change. But, instead D's alpha changes. No matter which polygon I rollover, the last polygon's alpha changes. It's weird, because the infoWindows behave correctly on rollover. So, if I rollover polygon A, the correct information for InfoWindow A appears.     My goal is to take a Grails web application and build it into a Web ARchive (WAR file) using Maven, and the key is that it must populate the "plugins" folder without live access to the internet. An "out of the box" Grails webapp will already have the plugins folder populated with JAR files, but the maven build script should take care of populating it, just like it does for any traditional WAR projects (such as WEB-INF/lib/ if it's empty) This is an error when executing mvn grails:run-app with Grails 1.1 using Maven 2.0.10 and org.grails:grails-maven-plugin:1.0. (This "hibernate-1.1" plugin is needed to do GORM.) [INFO] [grails:run-app] Running pre-compiled script Environment set to development Plugin [hibernate-1.1] not installed, resolving.. The build machine does not have access to the internet and must use an internal/enterprise repository, so this error is just saying that maven can't find the required artifact anywhere. That dependency is already included with the stock Grails software that's installed locally, so I just need to figure out how to get my POM file to unpackage that ZIP file into my webapp's "plugins" folder. I've tried installing the plugin manually to my local repository and making it an explicit dependency in POM.xml, but it's still not being recognized. Maybe you can't pull down grails plugins like you would a standard maven reference? mvn install:install-file -DgroupId=org.grails -DartifactId=grails-hibernate -Dversion=1.1 -Dpackaging=zip -Dfile=%GRAILS_HOME%/plugins/grails-hibernate-1.1.zip I can manually setup the Grails webapp from the command-line, which creates that local ./plugins folder properly.
