    its in ASP Classic. MS-Access DB. i do: INSERT INTO Orders (userId) VALUES (123)" what i want to retrieve is orderNumber from that row. its an auto-increment number. so i did: SELECT orderNumber FROM Orders WHERE userId=123 but since it is on the same page, the SELECT returns: Either BOF or EOF is True, or the current record has been deleted. This is all information relating to the users id number as well. So for example user_id = 1.     I have a multi-dimensional array that looks like this: The base array is indexed based on category ids from my catalog. $categories[category_id] Each base array has two underlying elements: ['parent_category_id'] ['sort_order'] I want to create a function that allows us to create a list of categories for a given parent_category_id in the correct sort order. Is this possible? Technically it is the same information, but the array is constructed in a weird way to extract that information.

    I'm new to Python (like Zygote new), and it's just to supplement another program but what I need is I have a text file that's a group of items for a game and it is formatted so: [1] Name=Blah Faction=Blahdiddly Cost=1000 [2] Name=Meh Faction=MehMeh Cost=2000 [3] Name=Lollypop Faction=Blahdiddly Cost=100 And I need to be able to find out what groups (the numbers in brackets) have matching values. So if I search Faction=Blahdiddly Group 1 & 3 will come up. I unfortunately have NO idea how to do this. Can anyone help?

I'd really like to be able to do a visual diff on them, but my problem is they're being stored without any formatting at all - everything is on one line, so that makes it a little hard to see what changed.   • MS Access Form - Horizontal Anchor Affecting Data Update

    Running Access 2007 with a databound form. The form Record Source is set to a query, and all fields in the form have a defined Control Source; nothing fancy, just field names. The form is a Single form with record navigation buttons which perform a "Next Record" and "Previous Record" actions. As I navigate the records the controls in the header update correctly. However, if I change a control Horizontal Anchor property to "Right" the fields no longer update on record navigation. This is observed for both text box and combo box controls. I can switch the anchoring back to "Left" and the updating works as it should. Is there some reason anchoring would affect a control updating of in an Access form? Or is this a bug that has been observed before? The only workaround I can think of is to assign the control text/value property in the form OnCurrent event, but this seems somewhat sloppy. Am I missing something here?

    So I have a product model that looks like belongs_to :seller has_many :coupons And coupon model that looks like belongs_to :seller belongs_to :product And in my Products controller I use @seller = current_user @coupon = @seller.coupons.create(params[:coupon]) to create the coupons for the seller While the coupon is being created, I need to associate it with the product too, i.e When a new coupon is created it should be saved for the seller AS WELL AS for the product.

    I know how the push() and pop() methods in a typical implementation of a Queue/Linked List work but what I do want to know is what you actually define as a push or a pop? When can you name a method push()/pop()? What makes the insert()/add() method in a typical Tree implementation not a push()? My understanding is that push()ing means putting something to a position some special pointer is pointing to, and pop()ping an element means putting some object away some pointer is pointing to, but it doesn't seem to be clearly defined. Or does the naming matter at all?

    I need to create a program that converts one number system to other number systems. I used itoa in Windows (Dev C++) and my only problem is that I do not know how to convert binary numbers to other number systems. All the other number systems conversion work accordingly. Does this involve something like storing the input to be converted using %?
