  • Getting an argument list for a class method

    What I'd like is for this class class Car { public function __construct(Engine $engine, Make $make, Model $model) { // stuff } } Get an array that has the types needed to construct this car (Engine, Make, Model) in the order they are needed for the constructor. I'm using this for a Dependency Injection-esque thing I'm making.

  • c permutation of a number

    I am writing a program for magic box. As the only way around it is brute force, I wrote a program to compute permutations of a given array using bells algorithm. I wrote in the lines similar to http://programminggeeks.com/c-code-for-permutation/. It does work for array of 3 and 4. It does not work for an arryay of 8 numbers (1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8). I see that the combination 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 gets repeated couple of times. Also there are other combinations that gets repeated. I see that certain combinations don't get displayed even. So could someone tell me what is wrong in the program below.   • body onload cache not clearing

    I'm using an image swapping function generated by Dreamweaver to allow an image to change when moused over. The images are small. I have a problem because the images are getting stored in cache and without clearing it out I cant get the new images to show. It works on some browsers, but unfortunately not on all... I've read about putting "a random query" into the javascript to force the page to reload, but I dont know where to put it (the code was generated for me by dreamweaver). It looks like this: 0x89504E470D0A1A0A0000000D49484452000000F00000014008020000000D8A66040.... <truncated for brevity> When I load it in from the database it comes in as a byte[]. How can I convert the string value to a byte array myself. (I am trying to remove the db for some testing code.)

    Our existing compile-time assert implementation is based on negative array index, and it provides poor diagnostic output on GCC. C++0x's static_assert is a very nice feature, and the diagnostic output it provides is much better. I know GCC has already implemented some C++0x features. Does anyone know if static_assert is among them and if it is then since what GCC version?

It happens that if I use group(), Zend_Db_Select method, it excludes some entries and I need them all.
