• Windows Process : Tool to see Function and change arguments

  Sometime back I used a windows tool to see what a process is doing. This tool allowed me to inspect functions exported from DLL. It also allowed me to change the values passed to a function on the fly. I cannot recollect the name(not sure if that was free or commercial one). Could any one point to me solution that can do this? This senior C programmer refuses to use abstractions because "abstraction is for lame programmers and _real_ programmers do not need it."   I am looking here to create a Facebook App on Hadeeth. My first question is for muslim programmers here because other might not be having clue. Is it possible to find hadeeth in csv / sql (at least the popular ones like bukhari, muslim, tirmidhi) otherwise Do we have any tools or is it possible to convert CHM files into CSV or SQL ? • Problems With Eclipse and Ruby Plugin

  I installed Eclipse and then the Ruby Development Tools (RDT), but it would crash when I try to alter certain features, like having line numbers, how far back to have history, and the code coloring scheme didn't work fully. I decided to try to uninstall Eclipse by doing sudo aptitude remove eclipse and then sudo aptitude install eclipse but instead it installed it back with the broken Ruby plugin. I also tried aptitude purge but that didn't help either. How can I freshly reinstall eclipse and get a properly working Ruby plugin?

• Visual Studio keeps running the old build

  Hello. I have a simple Silverlight program that displays a bunch of images. I modified it do display more images, but it when I hit "run without debugging" is keeps running the old build with fewer images. When I copy the code into a new project and run it, it works fine for the first time, but then each subsequent change is not displayed. What could be the problem? I'm using Visual Web Developer 2008 Express.

For each such package, one has to update the credentials, no matter how the sensitive data was persisted. Is there a better way to collaborate on SSIS packages?

• msys+mingw - is there installer or at least .tar.lzma/.zip?

  I try to install n'th time the msys+mingw - however with little success. I need the minimal developer system (standard tools such as sed/awk+autotools+gcc) however each time something is not working (for example currently when I try to run autotools m4 goes into some error loop on AC_INIT). I know they stopped providing installer 'for easy update of components' and they are working on something but maybe there is something unofficial.

  I am in the process of setting up a CUDA workstation. Platform specs: Intel Core 2 Duo Nvidia GTX 280 Fedora 10 GCC version 4.3.2 I have installed the developer driver, toolkit, and the SDK. When I try to compile the SDK example code I get the following errors: make[1]: * [obj/i386/release/cutil.cpp.o] Error 1 make: * [lib/libcutil.so] Error 2 I think this means that I am missing a library file but I'm not sure.

  i am using amazon simpledb with the aws_sdb gem and aws-sdb proxy as outlined in a documentation from amazon with ruby on rails and a local aws proxy that runs on webrick (providing a bridge with ActiveResource). see http://developer.amazonwebservices.com/connect/entry.jspa?externalID=1242 i am wondering if the aws-sdb-proxy (webrick!) is suitable for high traffic load, since webrick is supposed to be a development server. anyone has comments or experiences?
