I really prefer to have a few small classes doing one part of the communication with clients than a single behemoth class. The only idea I could think of is using multiple interfaces implemented by a single class split up by partial, but I don't this this is really solving the issue.

After the page renders there are multiple operations that cause the page to postback, but the user doesn't navigate away from that page.     So a collection in VB6 keeps track of a key for each object, and you can look up the object by its key. Does that mean collections are implemented as some sort of hashtable under the hood? I realize you can have multiple items with the same key in a collection, hence the SOME SORT. Anybody know what type data structure a VB6 collection is supposed to represent?

The equivalent SQL would be: SELECT * FROM TableName WHERE FieldName IN (1, 2, 3) Is it possible to do the same on an AdsTable within having to repeat the field using an "OR"? I want to something like: Filter := 'FieldName IN (1, 2, 3)' Instead of: Filter := 'FieldName = 1 OR FieldName = 2 OR FieldName = 3'

    I'd like to display a little popup window next to the notification area. It's similar to what Outlook/Skype/Live! Messenger/etc does when it displays the notification about a new message. In my case it will have some input controls (textbox, datetimepicker, buttons...) so a simple bubble won't do. The trick is doing this correctly when the user has multiple monitors and/or the taskbar is not located at the bottom of the screen.
