  • asp.net datasource in memory which component suites this better?

    - by Mike
I need to create a page that has a listbox with databound items. Upon clicking an entry in the listbox, the page will postback and insert an entry into a listview. The listview should have the item's name, and a textbox allowing the user to edit the value for each. I don't want the listview to be in "edit" mode. I just want the user to be able to update the value. Is this possible?

  • How to define an aspectj pointcut that picks out all constructors of a class that has a specific annotation?

    - by PineForest
Here is the annotation: @Target(value = ElementType.TYPE) @Retention(value = RetentionPolicy.RUNTIME) @Inherited public @interface MyAnnotation { String name(); } Here is one annotated class: @MyAnnotation(name="foo") public class ClassA { public ClassA() { // Do something } } Here is a second annotated class: @MyAnnotation(name="bar") public class ClassB { public ClassB(String aString) { // Do something } } I am looking for an aspectj pointcut that correctly matches the constructors for ClassA and ClassB while not matching any other constructor for any other class NOT annotated by MyAnnotation.

  • Jquery accordion, next and previous wizard, how to get previous and next sections?

    - by Wbdvlpr
    Hi I have a Jquery accordion which works fine. Sections get expanded/collapsed when clicked on respective headers. But I want to add the functionality so that when I click on "next" button it opens up the next section and clicking "Previous" button takes me back to previous section. This has been done on this page http://jquery.bassistance.de/accordion/demo/?p=1.1.2 (last example) but not sure how do I implement the same in my case. Any suggestions please. Thanks UPDATE: How do I get previous or next section of the accordion? <script type="text/javascript"> $("#accordion").accordion({ header: "h3.header" , autoHeight: false , collapsible: true }); </script> <div id="accordion"> <h3 class="header">Section 1</h3> <div> content 1 .. content 1 .. content 1 .. content 1 .. <input class="next" type="button" value="next"/> </div> <h3 class="header">Section 2</h3> <div> content 2 .. content 2 .. content 2 .. content 2 .. <input class="previous" type="button" value="previous"/> <input class="next" type="button" value="next"/> </div> <h3 class="header">Section 3</h3> <div> content 3 .. content 3 .. content 3 .. content 3 .. <input class="previous" type="button" value="previous"/> </div> </div>

  • Correct way to manage multiple h:inputText?

    - by Mirco Attocchi
I've an h:dataTable to display my item information (in my case a customer support request) and for each row I'd like to put an h:inputText and h:commandButton to add a comment to the desired item. I've no problem with action, but my question is about the correct way to manage many h:inputText and related value on backbean. I'm not sure that is correct to make all h:inputText set the value to the same backbean property. Any suggestions? Thanks all.

  • prolog. recursive function returning multiple values.

    - by obtur
I am new in Prolog. I need to declare a function which looks at a list like [[1, 0, 0], [1, 0, 0], [1, 0, 0]] and if the value is 0 returns its address(by considering it as a double array). I wrote a function basicly in the format: function(..., X) :- function(called by other values). How can I write a function, that returns a value when each times it called(recursively). May I get them (in above question) as alternative X's???

  • Spring Web: Correct way to have a single default ViewResolver

    - by wuntee
What is the best way to have every request be sent to a single ViewResolver - specifically in this case a JsonView? Was thinking this: <bean id="viewResolver" class="org.springframework.web.servlet.view.UrlBasedViewResolver"> <property name="viewClass" value="org.springframework.web.servlet.view.json.MappingJacksonJsonView" /> <property name="prefix" value="*" /> </bean> but, is there something better/easier?

  • Format TimeSpan in DataGridView column

    - by Dan Neely
I've seen these questions but both involve methods that aren't available in the CellStyle Format value. I only want to show the hours and minutes portion (16:05); not the seconds as well (16:05:13). I tried forcing the seconds value to zero but still got something like 16:05:00. Short of using a kludge like providing a string or a DateTime (and only showing the hour/minutes part) is there any way I can get the formatting to do what I want.

  • Starting jetty with spring xml as a background process/thread

    - by compass
My goal is to set up a jetty test server and inject a custom servlet to test some REST classes in my project. I was able to launch the server with spring xml and run tests against that server. The issue I'm having is sometimes after the server started, the process stopped at the point before running the tests. It seems jetty didn't go to background. It works every time on my computer. But when I deployed to my CI server, it doesn't work. It also doesn't work when I'm on VPN. (Strange.) The server should be completed initialized as when the tests stuck, I was able to access the server using a browser. Here is my spring context xml: .... <bean id="servletHolder" class="org.eclipse.jetty.servlet.ServletHolder"> <constructor-arg ref="courseApiServlet"/> </bean> <bean id="servletHandler" class="org.eclipse.jetty.servlet.ServletContextHandler"/> <!-- Adding the servlet holders to the handlers --> <bean id="servletHandlerSetter" class="org.springframework.beans.factory.config.MethodInvokingFactoryBean"> <property name="targetObject" ref="servletHandler"/> <property name="targetMethod" value="addServlet"/> <property name="arguments"> <list> <ref bean="servletHolder"/> <value>/*</value> </list> </property> </bean> <bean id="httpTestServer" class="org.eclipse.jetty.server.Server" init-method="start" destroy-method="stop" depends-on="servletHandlerSetter"> <property name="connectors"> <list> <bean class="org.eclipse.jetty.server.nio.SelectChannelConnector"> <property name="port" value="#{settings['webservice.server.port']}" /> </bean> </list> </property> <property name="handler"> <ref bean="servletHandler" /> </property> </bean> Running latest Jetty 8.1.8 server and Spring 3.1.3. Any idea?

  • <o:massAttribute> affects another components in same <h:panelGrid>

    - by Ignacio Ayuste
    I'm using the new version of OmniFaces 1.8.1, and particullary I start to use the new tag: <o:massAttribute>. Basically, I have the following form with conditionally rendered and disabled fields: <h:form id="formABMProducto"> <h:panelGrid id="datosProducto" columns="4"> <o:massAttribute name="rendered" value="#{cc.attrs.page != 'baja'}"> <h:outputLabel for="codigo" ... /> <h:inputText id="codigo" ... /> <rich:message for="codigo" /> <h:panelGroup /> </o:massAttribute> <o:massAttribute name="rendered" value="#{cc.attrs.page eq 'baja'}"> <h:outputLabel for="codigo" .../> <rich:autocomplete id="codigoProducto" ... /> <rich:message for="codigo" /> <h:panelGroup /> </o:massAttribute> <o:massAttribute name="disabled" value="#{cc.attrs.disableComponents}"> <h:outputLabel for="nombre" ... /> <h:inputTextarea id="nombre" ... /> <rich:message for="nombre" /> <span /> <h:outputLabel for="descripcion" ... /> <h:inputTextarea id="descripcion" ... /> <rich:message for="descripcion" /> <span /> </o:massAttribute> <h:outputLabel value="#{msgs['producto.abm.panel.proveedor.tipo']}" for="CmbTipoProveedor"/> <rich:select id="CmbTipoProveedor" ... /> <rich:message for="CmbTipoProveedor" /> <a4j:commandButton ... /> </h:panelGrid> </h:form> However, when I open the page, the third <o:massAttribute> is also disabling another input fields codigo and codigoProducto. I think this isn't the expected behaviour.

  • php joomla session lifetime settings

    - by jtanmay
I have searched through the google and also joomla forums but didn't got what exactly I was looking for. My main purpose is to set the joomla session live for ever. Many forums says its not good to keep a higher value (security issues) but I don't want to consider that right now. My question is : What if I set the session lifetime value to "0" (Zero), will the session be active for ever? or the user will NOT be able to login completely? Thanks, Tanmay
