  i have Exchange2007. and i am using the url: "https://exchange2007.exchange.server.com/Exchange/username/calendar"; 'calendar', or 'mailbox'( in your language! example, "boite de reception" in french or "calendário" in portuguese) with that url that i'm using i can list my ressources, but can't send a mail or write an appointement! why?!? See that i get a response of the server 207multistatus and ok, but the return a HTTP/1.1 404 Resource Not Found i wish a 201 created!!! (for my appointement) someone have better ideia ? thx. • How to learn high-level Java web development concepts

  I have some experience writing web applications in Java for class projects. My first project used Servlets and my second, the Stripes framework. However, I feel that I am missing the greater picture of Java web development. I don't really understand the web.xml and context.xml files. I'm not sure what constitutes a Java EE application as opposed to a generic Java web application. I can't figure out how a bean is different from an ordinary Java class (POJO?) and how that differs from an Enterprise Java Bean (EJB). These are just the first few questions I could think of, but there are many more. What is a good way to learn how Java web applications function from the top down rather than simply how to develop an application with a specific framework? (Is there a book for this sort of thing?) Ultimately, I would like to understand Java web applications well enough to write my own framework.

  In Java, updating double and long variable may not be atomic, as double/long are being treated as two separate 32 bits variables. http://java.sun.com/docs/books/jls/second_edition/html/memory.doc.html#28733 In C++, if I am using 32 bit Intel Processor + Microsoft Visual C++ compiler, is updating double (8 byte) operation atomic? I cannot find much specification mention on this behavior. When I say "atomic variable", here is what I mean : Thread A trying to write 1 to variable x. Thread B trying to write 2 to variable x. We shall get value 1 or 2 out from variable x, but not an undefined value.

I followed all the instructions listed with the plugin and I am getting an 'undefined method `paginate' for' error. • WCF Message Debugging on Custom Binding

  I've created a custom binding in WCF for a custom MessageEncoder to allow messages to be written as XML using a wider range of encodings than WCF supports out of the box. The encoder appears to be working and I am able to send and receive messages, but I want to verify that the XML message being written is exactly as required by the service I am trying to consume. I've turned on message logging for WCF using the diagnostic trace listeners to output the messages sent and received over the wire to a log file. Unfortunately, for calls using my encoder, the message is displayed as ... stream ... EDIT: I don't think it's anything to do with my custom encoding. I have experimented with my custom binding a little, switching to using the built-in text encoding and http transport. I still don't get a message body logged in the message trace. Is there anything that needs to be specified within a custom binding to enable message logging?

  Hello. How to send a binary data with Indy components? Which of them is most suitable for this task? I've tried to use TIdTcpClient but it allows only to send strings. I've found one reponce for that problem here but I don't get it. It says about method Write(TIdBytes), but the answer is not clear for me. Does he meant Write to some instance of TIdBytes, and how to connect that instance with TIdTcpClient? Thanks for any help.

  Hi Let's say we have a small team, 1-5 persons. What type of "git setup" would you use? Would you use gitweb and apache so you could run over http? Or would you use the user-accounts and ssh in some way? Today I'm familiar to use SubVersion thou apache (http), but I'm not sure it is right to setup to use git the same way... A common dir in the servers filesystem where all can write, and that dir is also exposed with apache. That way everybody can always get the latest, but only trusted people can write to it...

On my local server I could run bconsole and the server responds but when I run bconsole or bat on my windows client the server does not respond.   Hello, What is the best way to load seed (initial or test) data into grails application. I'm considering 3 options 1. Putting everything in *BootStrap.groovy files. This is tedious if the domain classes and test data are many. 2. Write custom functionality to load it through xml. May not be too difficult with the excellent xml support by groovy, but lot of switch statements for different domain classes. 3. Use Liquibase LoadData api. I see you can load the data fairly easy from csv files. Choice 3 seems the easiest. But, I'm not familiar with Liquibase. Is it good in this scenario, or only used for migration, db changes etc. If anyone could provide a better sol, or point to an example with Liquibase, it would be great help.. thanks...

I'm trying to design a music application which basically has images of the instrument (ImageButton) that play a sound when clicked. However, I'm confused about how to have the ImageButtons scale to fit all the different screen sizes and how to position them. Which layout is best used for needing to position ImageButtons in specific locations on the screen? (i.e. cymbals on a drum set) FrameLayout, RelativeLayout? If I only really care about medium and large screens, do I need to create different resources (images) for both as well as a different XML layout to position them? I'm trying to find the simplest way to do this without having to create a separate layout XML file for positioning/size and separate image resources for each screen. Any guidance is greatly appreciated. Thanks!
