I want to make such system which will be storing one telnet connection per switch and every script (web interface, cron jobs, etc.) will have access to it. This was the only suggestion which didn't depend on non-commodity-class hardware. Subsequently nobody would put their reputation on the line to argue definitively for or against it.   • Removing the transperancy from image while keeping the actual image

    Hello people, I have three images,and , they are not square or rectangular in shape. They are just like face of anyone. So,basically, my images are in the size 196x196 or anything like that, but complete square or rectangle with the face in the middle and transperant background in the rest of the portion. Now, I want to remove the transperant background too and just keep the faces. Don't know if this is possible and mind you, this isn't a programming question.

  • iPhone HTTP Live Streaming not working on models below 3GS

    We are using http live streaming for on demand video from within our iPhone app and on the 3GS models the videos play as they are meant to. However, on the models pre 3GS it gives an error saying this movie format is not supported. I have seen other threads on this however no solutions or insights. Does anyone know if this really is a hardware limitation of the pre 3GS phones or does it have something to do with our code?
