• Looking for trustworthy JPEG batch converter/resizer

  I have a batch of PNG files that I need to convert to JPEG. I'm looking for a free trustworthy utility that will give me the most optimal possible JPEGs. I've found some paid utilities and i HAVE Photoshop, but I want something dedicated that is made for the task and I dont want to accidentally download spy ware. I'm really surprised not to find this question already on StackOverflow, but please point me in the direction of any similar questions if they exist.

  I have to create a bunch of these "Share this on" Technorati, Digg, Facebook, Reddit, del.icio.us, StumbleUpon, MySpace and so on. It is very easy to find online icons for this task, but it is a little more difficult to find what URLs I should link. Is there any updated list of all these services? Of course I could copy them from other sites having this, but I am not sure they are updated, and moreover maybe there is some GET parameter I want to set differently.

• Prompting for user confirmation before upgrading previous version

  Using WiX, we would like to be able to uninstall a previous version if it is already installed. I am able to do this automatically based on the thread here. But how does one go about prompting the user if they actually want to uninstall the old version first, before running the RemoveExistingProducts action? ie. through a custom menu item that only launches if FindRelatedProducts returns 1, for example?

  Hi, I'm using php on apache with mysql. I want to let users enter a url into their browser to see a custom user page for themselves, just like twitter does.   I have found that if I move a message using IMAPIFolder::CopyMessages (using the MESSAGE_MOVE flag) the message gets a new entry ID. However I do not see any reliable way of getting the entry ID of the message in its new location, or otherwise getting a reference to it. The best suggestion I have had so far involves tagging the message with the old custom property before moving, and then doing a search afterwards, but I was wondering if there is a less convoluted solution.

  We're using Trac as the task management tool at the project we work in. However, Trac search is maybe not the most intuitive search out there, and we end up having multiple duplicates as the reporters can't effectively find if there already is a reported ticket of the question he or she found. Stack Overflow's "Related Questions" concept is great and works magnificently! I was wondering if someone has heard of some similar plugin to Trac, or if you have solved this problem some other way.
