    I use the Eclipse Hibernate Tools to create domain classes with JPA annotations from my Oracle database. To control sequence generation I have added the following entry to the hibernate.reveng.xml: ... <primary-key> <generator class="sequence"> <param name="sequence">SEQ_FOO_ID</param> </generator> </primary-key> ... This results in the following annotation: @SequenceGenerator(name = "generator", sequenceName = "SEQ_FOO_ID") However I need to set the "allocationSize" like this: @SequenceGenerator(name = "generator", sequenceName = "SEQ_FOO_ID", allocationSize = 1) Is it possible to set this somehow in the hibernate.reveng.xml?

  • Nokogiri Not Parsing File

    I'm using Nokogiri to parse pepXML files from different peptide search engines. I have two pepXML files, both of which appear, inasmuch as I can tell, to be of correct format, and puts Nokogiri::XML(IO.read(file)) will output the whole XML file for both files. The problem is, doc.xpath("any valid xpath") will parse the tag from one of the files, but not the other. No errors are given, so I have no idea why it won't parse. Anyone know of any reasons why Nokogiri wouldn't parse something out?

If i get rid of the selective comment ( <!--[if ! IE]><![endif]-->) and only put the SVG ( <embed src="logo.svg" type="image/svg+xml" /> ) it work! what should I do?     Psuedo code for mapping configuration (as below) is not possible since the lambda only lets us access Type IDataReader, wheras when actually mapping, AutoMapper will reach into each "cell" of each IDataRecord while IDataReader.Read() == true: var mappingConfig = Mapper.CreateMap<IDataReader, IEnumerable<MyDTO>>(); mappingConfig.ForMember( destination => destination.???, options => options.MapFrom(source => source.???)); Can anyone think of a way to do this using AutoMapper configuration at runtime or just some other dynamic approach that meets the requirement below. The requirement is to support any incoming IDataReader which may have column names that don't match the property names of MyDTO and there is no naming convention I can rely on. Instead we'll ask the user at runtime to cross-reference the expected column names with the actual column names found in the IDataReader via IDataReader.GetSchemaTable().

  • Java session facade not being found via InitialContext lookups

    I have a project that is Java EE 5 running on Glassfish. The IDE is Netbeans 6.7.1. We periodically have a very annoying problem with new session facades not being located via InitialContext: javax.naming.NameNotFoundException: No object bound to name java:comp/env/GlobalConfigEntityFacadeLocal In my class (within the same EJB container), I can use the other session facades just fine. This sort of problem happens periodically, and a mixture of clean&build and deleting the build-impl.xml files from nbproject sometimes resolve this. I want to restrict number of parallel threads running for this application at a given point of time. This number can be changed by user on a beefier machine. What is the best way to do this configuration and how it can be achieved. I can think of following approaches. 1. Use ConfigurationManager to read the configuration value.     Is it possible to: set a URI template in the mvc:view-controller element of the *-servlet.xml file or in a controller method and then use/get that path parameter in a jsp? I understand that using @PathVariable in a controller method will give me access to the path parameter in that controller method. But how can I gain access to the path parameter in the jsp?   • "Can't Connect to Server" from 2nd virtual host on VPS

    I'm using Debian 7 Wheezy and Apache 2.2.22, and I'm setting up Virtual Hosts for a number of websites on my VPS. I've successfully configured the VirtualHost directives for one of the sites, but the second one continually gives "Problem Loading Page" in Firefox. I've run configtest and it has verified all my syntax is correct, and I've checked all the permissions. EDIT: I just ran apache2 -t to test the config files that way, and got the error: apache2: bad user name ${APACHE_RUN_USER}. However, apachectl configtest returns Syntax OK. There are no other mentions of errors with the mutex anywhere else, however. I was pretty sure if there was an error with the user apache was supposed to run under, the server wouldn't start at all... EDIT 2: Restarting apache fixed the bad user name error.

    It's one of those things you just take for granted until one day someone asks you and you realize you can't answer it. Much like for years I never questioned the use of 1033 directories in Microsoft products for years until one day, someone asked me about it. Around the release of .NET and Office 2007, Microsoft added an x to basically all of their extensions and I frankly took it as representing XML, but that simply doesn't make sense with .aspx. So, I realize this is a very non technical question, but now that the question has been asked of me and my googling hasn't given me an answer, can anyone tell me with authority what the X represents? Is it extended? Xml? Or is there no meaning behind it?

  • Move websites from IIS7 to IIS 7.5

    Can anyone suggest the best way of moving websites on server1 with IIS7 to server2 with IIS 7.5 on it? I've read some articles which suggest copying the applicationHost.config file while preserving the configProtectedData node, but I'm concerned there may be settings in the IIS 7.5 config that don't exist in the current IIS7 config which would be lost. I've also seen suggestions of moving each site individually by using a command like this: AppCmd.exe LIST SITE "My Site" /config /XML mysite.xml This method just takes too long to do this for dozens of sites. There must be a better way of moving all the sites at once to the new platform.

  • Sharing [config] data across modules,functions

    I have some configuration data in a config file that I read off disk when the app starts. I need to make that configuration data available to other functions/modules in the application. I started down the path of looking into ets/mnesia to store the data on startup to make it shared among all processes, but then my inner voice cautioned me that there must be a more functional, erlang-y way to do this. The only alternate approach I've come up with so far is setting up a module that has an actor loop that reads the data on startup and responds to messages like {Key, From} and responds by From ! {ok,Value}. But I still don't understand why we need to utilize different HTTP requests: DELETE/PUT/POST/GET in order to build nice API Wouldn't it be a lot simpler to pass all information in request parameters and have a SINGLE ENTRY-POINT for your api?: GET www.example.com/api?id=1&method=delete&returnformat=JSON GET www.example.com/api?id=1&method=delete&returnformat=XML or POST www.example.com/api {post data: id=1&method=delete&returnformat=JSON} POST www.example.com/api {post data: id=1&method=delete&returnformat=XML} and then - we can handle all methods and data internally without the need for hundreds of urls... how would you call this type of API - It's not REST apparently, it's not SOAP. then - what is it? UPDATE I'm not proposing any new standards here. I merely asking a question in order to better understand why web services work the way they work.

    I am trying to create a Soap Web Service Client using the Visual C# 2008 Express IDE. I Do that by Right-Clicking Project Name-Add service Reference. Everything is working out fine, and the client is being generated as follows [System.Web.Services.Protocols.SoapDocumentMethodAttribute("operationInfo", RequestElementName="mainInfoTag", RequestNamespace="http://www.example.com/test", ResponseElementName="Answer", ResponseNamespace="http://www.example.com/test", Use=System.Web.Services.Description.SoapBindingUse.Literal, ParameterStyle=System.Web.Services.Protocols.SoapParameterStyle.Wrapped)] [return: System.Xml.Serialization.XmlElementAttribute("somenewID")] public string storeWarrantyInformation(tagBelowMainInfoTag tag, out string somenewID, out string someotherID) As you can see, the method is marked with SoapParameterStyle.Wrapped, what this is does is that it does not create a class corresponding "mainInfoTag". The Questions I have is what determines the Client SoapParameterStyle in the proxy class. I would like to get SoapParamterStyle as Bare, so that I have access to the root XML element. Is there some setting I can specify in the IDE or through 'wsdl.exe' to make this happen.

    I am looking for the easiest, simplest way to access web APIs that return either JSON or XML, with concurrent requests. For example, I would like to call the twitter search API and return 5 pages of results at the same time (5 requests). The results should ideally be integrated and returned in one array of hashes. I have about 15 APIs that I will be using, and already have code to access them individually (using simple a NET HTTP request) and parse them, but I need to make these requests concurrent in the easiest way possible. Additionally, any error handling for JSON/XML parsing is a bonus.

  • With Maven, how would I prevent Maven from filtering certain properties but allowing others?

    The problem is that I'm trying to build a project that has in its resources a build.xml file. Basically, I package my project as a jar with Maven2, and then use ant installer to install my project. There is a property in the build.xml file that I need to filter called build.date, but there are other properties that I don't want to filter, like ${basedir}, because it's used by the ant installer but gets replaced by Maven's basedir variable. So, I need to somehow tell Maven to filter ${build.date}, but not ${basedir}. I tried creating a properties file as a filter with "basedir=${basedir}" as one of the properties, but I get the following error: Resolving expression: '${basedir}': Detected the following recursive expression cycle: [basedir] Any suggestions would be much appreciated.     I've created a WCF service and added it to an existing Silverlight application that I am working on. When I run the silverlight application in debug mode it fails when I reference the WCF web service. Unrecognized element '' in service reference configuration. Note that only a subset of the Windows Communication Foundation configuration functionality is available in Silverlight. After searching around apparently the following line is causing the app to fail: <transport> <extendedProtectionPolicy policyEnforcement="Never" /> </transport> After removing the above lines everything works. What is the issue here? Should I believing this code in and configuring something else?

    I created classes: public class Country { public long CountryId {get;set;} public string CountryName {get;set;} } public class Profile { public long ProfileId {get;set;} public string ProfileName {get;set;} public Country Country {get;set;} } and configuration for Profile: public class ProfileConfiguration : EntityConfiguration<Profile> { public IlluminatiCoreProfileConfiguration() { Relation(p => p.Country); } } Then I create context and run context.CreateDatabase(). New database contains table Profiles with column Country_CountryId. How can I write configuration for changing column name to "CountryId"? Thanks.
