  Hello everyone, I have a 3D object with about 2000 or 3000 triangles. I want to reduce the number of triangle without affecting shape of object. for eg, I have two triangles, (1,1.5,2) (1.5,1.5,2) (1.7,2,2) (1.5,1.5,2) (1.7,2,2) (2,1.5,2) In this case these two triangle is same as a single triangle - (1,1.5,2) (2,1.5,2) (1.7,2,2) I dont want the manual method, But if there is any direct function or such thing which will reduce my triangle list.   We have two installations of DB2. When defining a foreign key with a long name, it works fine on one instance, but not on the other (we get a SQL0107N Name too long - max length is 18). What is causing this different behaviour? Is there a parameter we can change or is it version dependant?

  Delete every 't'th (t1) node of a single linked list. In the resultant linked list, again delete 't'th node. Repeat this till only t-1 nodes remains. For this i have come up with: Traverse until you reach 't'th node, delete all the nodes till the end. Is there any efficient way other than this?. Can any one please help me out. Thanks.

  Many Windows apps (like Skype or MSN for instance) don't let you start multiple instances, rather trying to run it a 2nd time just leaves the existing version running. Is this typically done in some simple way - the start-menu shortcut is a 'wrapper' app around the main app - or is there some registry magic you can do to delegate the problem to Windows itself? Specifically dealing with Win32 here (unmanaged C++) but happy to hear more general solutions as long as they are workable on Windows XP or alter.

  Let's say I have single Vim tab displaying 9 buffers (equally separated, like a table 3x3). Currently, to get from the top left window to the bottom right one, I have to press 3, Ctrl+W, J, and then 3, Ctrl+W, L. This is cumbersome and I would like to just be able to press Ctrl+9 to go to the 9th window and Ctrl+3 to go to the 3rd window, etc. Is there any easy way I can map something like this in Vim?
