    Hello! There's photologue application, simple photo gallery for django, implementing Photo and Gallery objects. Gallery object has ManyToMany field, which references Photo objects. I need to be able to get list of all Photos for a given Gallery. Is it possible to add Gallery filter to Photo's admin page? If it's possible, how to do it best?

    Hi, I am looping through a datatable and currently I do string customerId = row["CustomerId"].ToString(); string companyName = row["Company Name"].ToString(); Instead of declaring every variable how do I add these do a dictionary? I was thinking something like: foreach (DataRow row in customerTbl.Rows) { Dictionary<string, string> customerDictionary = new Dictionary<string, string>(); customerDictionary.Add(row[].ToString(), row[].ToString()); so yeah, how do I get the row name and value into there?     Hello, Just a quick one.. I am unsure how to prevent a prefix, for example if I am in domain.com/admin/orders or domain.com/user/order which are admin_ and user_ actions and the navigation menu contains links to pages displays (controller pages action display, **) when they are clicked on they are automatically prefixed by the current prefix. How can I set in the router file to redirect wildcards prefixes (ie. /pages/)?

  • SQLITE - INSERT does not return error but no data is inserted.

    I am attempting to insert data into a local SQLITE database file from a C# application. The transaction does not throw any errors but the data is not inserted. The same insert statement works from within a query analyzer. Do I need to perform a commit? Is there a Commit method?   • JNAerator Unnamed Union Missing in Structure

    I'm trying to get JNAerator to generate some JNA backed Java code from a C shared library and everything is fine except that it failed to generate an unnamed union nested inside a structure. Example: typedef struct MY_STRUCTURE { union { My_Type1 var1; My_Type2 var2; }; }MY_STRUCTURE; If I change the header to make the union have a name it will work. But for obvious reasons I can't just change the header without breaking the shared library I'm trying to use. Any solutions other than changing the header file and shared library to named union?

    I have a byte array that I'm encoding to a string: Private Function GetKey() As String Dim ba() As Byte = {&H47, &H43, &H44, &H53, &H79, &H73, &H74, &H65, &H6D, &H73, &H89, &HA, &H1, &H32, &H31, &H36} Dim strReturn As String = Encoding.ASCII.GetString(ba) Return strReturn End Function Then I write that to a file via IO.File.AppendAllText. If I open that file in 010 Editor (to view the binary data) it displays as this: 47 43 44 53 79 73 74 65 6D 73 3F 0A 01 32 31 36 The original byte array contained 89 at position 11, and the encoded string contains 3F. If I change my encoding to Encoding.Default.GetString, it gives me: 47 43 44 53 79 73 74 65 6D 73 E2 80 B0 0A 01 32 31 36 Any help would be much appreciated!

    By default, PerlTidy will line up assignments in my code. E.g. PerlTidy changes this... my $red = 1; my $green = 2; my $yellow = 3; my $cyan = 4; ...into this... my $red = 1; my $green = 2; my $yellow = 3; my $cyan = 4; How do I prevent this from happening? I've trawled the manual but I can't find a solution. Thanks!

  • Datasets do not regenerate code behind.

    So I was lucky enough to inherit a project where someone decided to use datasets as a model. The problem is that a column has been added to table in the database. Using the dataset desinger I added the column to the table and tryied to run the 'Custom tool' That tool is doing absolutly nothing from what I can tell. So is there a way to make the generated dataset code actually represent the changes that are made at the designer? Now I know why I have never used a dataset. :)

  • Passing GPS speed via the Eclipse Emulator Control

    Hi, my app queries the GPS-speed using .getSpeed() on a LocationListener. Is there a way to set this speed using the Eclipse Emulator Control or the command line? I tried to feed multiple sets of coordinates to the emulator via the manual GPS-control, but it didn't pick up a speed from that. Also, using a pre-defined GPX-file and playing it doesn't work for me. I would like to test my app without having to take it on a test-drive in my car every time ;)! Thanks!

    Hello. How would I get last 12 digits of a string using mysql? Let's say I have a varchar field with a tracking number, that may be anywhere from 5 to 20 varchars long. But I only need to select last 12 digits or less if there are less. so in a field = 12345678123456789012 I would only need to get what's in brackets field = 12345678[123456789012] I saw a few examples using mid, etc, but they dont' produce the desired result or I can't find an example that makes sense :-( Thank you.

    I have two tables: Job job_id, <other data> Job_Link job_link_id, job_id, start_timestamp, end_timestamp, <other data> There may be multiple records in Job_Link specifying the same job_id with the start_timestamp and end_timestamps to indicate when those records are considered "current", it is guaranteed that start_timestamp and end_timestamp will not overlap. We have entities for both the Job and Job_Link tables and defining a one-to-many relationship to load all the job_links wouldn't be a problem. However we'd like to avoid that and have a single job_link item in the Job entity that will contain only the "current" Job_Link object. Is there any way to achive that?

    I have a ruby shell script that works perfectly on my laptop, but Dir.glob doesn't seem to work when I try and run it on my desktop.     I'm new to programming in C and have been given the task of creating a 2D array that stores random letters from A-Z using the random () function. I know how to do random numbers. nextvalue = random ( ) % 10001; but am unsure on how exactly to create a random character. I know that you can use ASCII to create a random character using the range 65 - 90 in the ASCII table. Can anyone help me come up with a solution? I would greatly appreciate it.

  • How do I search the MediaStore for a specific directory instead of entire external storage?

    In my app I have an option that allows users to browse for audio files on their phone to add to the app. I am having trouble however with creating a faster way of processing the query code. Currently it searches the entire external storage and causes the phone to prompt a force close/wait warning. I would like to take the code I have posted below and make it more efficient by either searching in a specific folder on the phone or by streamlining the process to make the file search quicker. I am not sure how to do this however.
