  • displaying a Drupal view without a page template around it

    - by ceejayoz
    I would like to display a Drupal view without the page template that normally surrounds it - I want just the plain HTML content of the view's nodes. This view would be included in another, non-Drupal site. I expect to have to do this with a number of views, so a solution that lets me set these up rapidly and easily would be the best - I'd prefer not to have to create a .tpl.php file every time I need to include a view somewhere.

  • How to "escape" a whole String - an SQL query

    - by Ankur
    When I add a relative path to an SQL query as a String all the \ get removed. I am trying to add the String ("pics\\"+onlyFile) and as you can see I have escaped the \ character so I don't understand why it is being removed. onlyFile is a variable containing a file name. The value of the "src" variable (the one I am discussing) just before the SQL statement is correct, hence it is something happening when it is added to the SQL query.

  • Eclipse Plugin that Opens a Command Line in Eclipse

    - by Jonas Laufu
    I'm looking for an Eclipse plug-in that shows a system (independent) command line in a view that is ideally synchronized with the current project's local path. So basically a shell within Eclipse. The reason for this is to be able to execute custom build commands and script faster than specifying them as launch configurations or having to open a command prompt every time I start eclipse.

  • PHP queue jobs in centOS

    - by Soe Naung Win
    I wrote a PHP shell script which include queuing jobs in centOS with 'at' command. The queue jobs may vary in time and contents which means the system need to keep quite a large number of jobs. The application logic will also be a bit difficult to setup with cronjob. Is there a limit in number of queue jobs in centOS or is there any alternative way of queuing jobs?

  • Windows Batch Scripting Issue - Quoting Variables containing spaces

    - by Rick
    So here's my issue: I want to use %cd% so a user can execute a script anywhere they want to place it, but if %cd% contains spaces, then it will fail (regardless of quotes). If I hardcode the path, it will function with quotes, but if it is a variable, it will fail. Fails: (if %cd% contains spaces) "%cd%\Testing.bat" Works: "C:\Program Files\Testing.bat" Any ideas?

  • svn merge from trunk to branch conflict for a file deleted in the trunk

    - by Riccardo Galli
    After a subversion merge from trunk to branch, I got a conflict because a file has been deleted in the trunk and modified in the branch. I would like to keep the trunk choice, but using "svn resolve --accept theirs-full" from the branch directory tells me svn: warning: Tree conflicts can only be resolved to 'working' state; '/path/to/file' not resolved What should I do to have the file correctly deleted in the branch ?

  • Showing labels in BibTex [LaTeX]

    - by Shahin
    Hi, I'm currently using the apalike style for my bibliography, using natbib for author-year, however when I generate the bibliography I lose the labels that normally precede the reference, i.e. [S. Rostami, 2010] Shahin Rostami (2010) http://stackoverflow.com/questions/ask etc etc.. I read apalike.bst and it seems this is intended, my quesiton is, how do I get them back? Something I can include in the preamble? Otherwise is there a similar style that shows labels?

  • Drawing Bresenham’s Line- Algorithm in all quadrants

    I am newbie for OpenGL. I am practicing the exercises from my textbook but I could not get the outputs which is should be in Bresenham's Line Algorithm in all quadrants. Here's the coding: #include <Windows.h> #include <GL/glut.h> void init(void) { glClearColor(0.0, 0.0, 0.0, 0.0); glShadeModel(GL_FLAT); } void BresnCir(void) { int delta, deltadash; glClear(GL_COLOR_BUFFER_BIT); glPointSize(3.0); int r = 150; int x = 0; int y = r; int D = 2 * (1 - r); glBegin(GL_POINTS); do { glVertex2i(x, y); if (D < 0) { delta = 2 * D + 2 * y - 1; if (delta <= 0) { x++; Right(x); } else { x++; y--; Diagonal(x, y); } glVertex2i(x, y); } else { deltadash = 2 * D - 2 * x - 1; if (deltadash <= 0) { x++; y--; Diagonal(x, y); } else { y--; Down(y); } glVertex2i(x, y); } if (D == 0) { x++; y--; Diagonal(x, y); glVertex2i(x, y); } } while (y > 0); glEnd(); glFlush(); } int main(int argc, char** argv) { glutInit(&argc, argv); glutInitDisplayMode(GLUT_SINGLE | GLUT_RGB); glutInitWindowSize(400, 150); glutInitWindowPosition(100, 100); glutCreateWindow(argv[0]); init(); glutDisplayFunc(BresnCir); glutMainLoop(); return 0; } But, it keep comes out with errors C3861.

  • Matching sentences with regex in Java

    - by Gary
    Hi, I'm using the Scanner class in java to go through a a text file and extract each sentence. I'm using the setDelimiter method on my Scanner to the regex: Pattern.compile("[\\w]*[\\.|?|!][\\s]") This currently seems to work, but it leaves the whitespace at the end of the sentence. Is there an easy way to match the whitespace at the end but not include it in the result? I realize this is probably an easy question but I've never used regex before so go easy :)

  • Algoritms for "fuzzy matching" strings

    - by Alexey Romanov

I currently have the following directory structure: / |_/build |_/mylib |_/include |_/src |_/resources Depending on the configuration (debug/release), I will like to output the resulting files inside the build directory under build/debug or build/release directories. How can I do that using a .pro file?

  • Need help programming with Mclauren series and Taylor series!

    - by user352258
    Ok so here's what i have so far: #include <stdio.h> #include <math.h> //#define PI 3.14159 int factorial(int n){ if(n <= 1) return(1); else return(n * factorial(n-1)); } void McLaurin(float pi){ int factorial(int); float x = 42*pi/180; int i, val=0, sign; for(i=1, sign=-1; i<11; i+=2){ sign *= -1; // alternate sign of cos(0) which is 1 val += (sign*(pow(x, i)) / factorial(i)); } printf("\nMcLaurin of 42 = %d\n", val); } void Taylor(float pi){ int factorial(int); float x; int i; float val=0.00, sign; float a = pi/3; printf("Enter x in degrees:\n"); scanf("%f", &x); x=x*pi/180.0; printf("%f",x); for(i=0, sign=-1.0; i<2; i++){ if(i%2==1) sign *= -1.0; // alternate sign of cos(0) which is 1 printf("%f",sign); if(i%2==1) val += (sign*sin(a)*(pow(x-a, i)) / factorial(i)); else val += (sign*cos(a)*(pow(x-a, i)) / factorial(i)); printf("%d",factorial(i)); } printf("\nTaylor of sin(%g degrees) = %d\n", (x*180.0)/pi, val); } main(){ float pi=3.14159; void McLaurin(float); void Taylor(float); McLaurin(pi); Taylor(pi); } and here's the output: McLaurin of 42 = 0 Enter x in degrees: 42 0.733038-1.00000011.0000001 Taylor of sin(42 degrees) = -1073741824 I suspect the reason for these outrageous numbers goes with the fact that I mixed up my floats and ints? But i just cant figure it out...!! Maybe its a math thing, but its never been a strength of mine let alone program with calculus. Also the Mclaurin fails, how does it equal zero? WTF! Please help correct my noobish code. I am still a beginner...

  • Are wrapper classes banned in the iPhone OS Developer Agreement?

    - by barfoon
    Hey everyone, I am a little confused after reading this thread on the revisions to the iPhone Developer Agreement. While it lists the languages that are permitted, I don't understand what classifies as falling under what is banned. Does this include wrapper classes? What if the code is written in Objective C but is not an official Apple class/library? I'm wondering about things like: Three20 from Facebook SQLite Wrappers such as this one Charting / Graphing Libraries If anyone could clarify this, I'd greatly appreciate it.
