  My slow query log is full of entries like the following # Query_time: 1.016361 Lock_time: 0.000000 Rows_sent: 0 Rows_examined: 0 SET timestamp=1273826821; COMMIT; I guess the set timestamp command is issued by replication but I don't understand how set timestamp can take over a second. Any ideas?

I know that Mentalis Seclib got this feature however they don't maintain the project as they say .NET Framework 2.0 introduced those features.   Using Grails 1.2.2, I'm working on binding a structured property (CC expiration Date) to a java.util.Date but only for specific Domain and Commands objects. I've found the StructuredPropertyEditor interface, but the only way that I've found to register it is to use the PropertyEditorRegistrar and register the editor for the java.util.Date class (much like this example) I don't want all of my dates to use my custom StructuredPropertyEditor. How do I apply the StructuredPropertyEditor selectively to specific targets like certain Command & Domain Classes?

  I'm looking for an easy way to find the process tree (as shown by tools like Process Explorer), in C# or other .Net language. It would also be useful to find the command-line arguments of another process (the StartInfo on System.Diagnostics.Process seems invalid for process other than the current process).   hi what i am trying to do is get all the collums of a table (the table can be empty) example of what i did before: SELECT COLUMN_NAME FROM INFORMATION_SCHEMA.COLUMNS WHERE table_name = 'aTable' AND table_schema = 'theDatabase' it works perfectly on localhost however on my provider it gives: #1142 - SELECT command denied to user 'username'@'localhost' for table 'COLUMNS' is there an alternative that doesn't use the INFORMATION_SCHEMA??

The code is this: set (mylibs "-lmylib -lmylib2") ExternalProject_Add(Foo URL http://foo BUILD_COMMAND make SOME_LIB=${mylibs} BUILD_IN_SOURCE 1 ...) I've tried using backslash quotes, double quotes, inlining the whole thing, but every time, either the whole SOME_LIB=... part gets quoted or my injected quotes get escaped. Is it not possible to get quotes through to the command line?

  I'm trying to load some data to an Oracle database using SQL Loader. Is it possible to invoke it with specifying the server to load the data into using a DSN instead of a TNS? Right now my command line looks like this: sqlldr uesr/password@tns_id..., I'd like to replace tns_id with a DSN that points to tns_id. Can SQL Loader figure out the TNS from the DSN by itself?
