• Update is not updating the whole string

  Following is my SQL fiddle: http://sqlfiddle.com/#!2/f9bae/1 In which i am trying to check if the whole name is being verified by lookup table or not and if there is any error then it should get replaced by the correct value but the problem i am facing is that if any name contains more than one wrong values then query only update one part of that name and leave the rest unchanged , kindly let me know how can i modify my query for update so it'll update the whole name as per lookup table correct values.   I have this to add a class to the main table that the report is in if there is no data returned. $('#report-area table td:contains("Sorry, your search did not return any data")').parents('#reportArea').addClass('no-report-data') However, I have another div area "#report-footer" but it's not inside #report-area. I'd like to also add the .no-report-data class to "#report-footer" as well but in this case I don't think the .parents selector will work. Is there another selector I can use to do this?

  Which approach is better to use: BoundField.NullDisplayText isn't set. NULL-case is foreseen in SQL query, i.e. SELECT ISNULL(amount, 0) FROM table or BoundField.NullDisplayText is set, e.g. "0.00 %". NULL-case isn't foreseen in SQL query, i.e. SELECT amount FROM table What do you think?

  I have a SQL table (MYSQL 4.0 to be precise) composed of the following : int no (primary) int field1 int field2 I would like to swap the values of field1 with the values of field2 and vice-versa. Ex.: 1;2.5;3.76 becomes 1;3.76;2.5 I need a swapping temporary variable of some sort. But I don't think I can use something like Set @var1 = field1 inside my update statement. And I don't think altering the table to add a temporary column is my best best either.

• Extending DataGrid/Changing DataGrids header

  Is there any way how to override DataGrids header line ? Or at least its behaviour ? I'm trying to implement Outlook-like grouping of the table. That is allow user to drag column header out of the table to the dedicated area to sort by that column (for example XamDataGrid has that feature, you can see how it works here). I cannot use any commercial solutions. I will be thankfull for any experiences, ideas, code, notes or tutorials.
