• Monotouch stringWithFormat using a URL

  I'm trying to learn the MapKit with Monotouch and I'm having difficulty figuring out how to search for an address. I finally found this snippet of Objective-C code that might help but it has a line where they use a URL to get a return value and I have no idea how to use this code in C#: NSString *urlString = [NSString stringWithFormat:@"http://maps.google.com/maps/geo?q=%@&output=csv", [addressField.text stringByAddingPercentEscapesUsingEncoding:NSUTF8StringEncoding]]; If anyone could give me some advice that would be helpful.

  Hi, Been searching all over but could not find the answer I am looking for; perhaps I'm not using the correct search term. Anyways, my question is whether there is a property on the WPF ListBox control which I can set that will automatically display the full text of a truncated list item into a Hint Tip? For example, with some WinForm list-container controls, the Hint Tip only appears when the mouse is hovered over a list item that is truncated.

  Hi everybody! In a winforms application i 'm storing one Wingdings char in a SQL Server 2005 field of type NVARCHAR(1). Storing, retrieving and showing up this char in a control works fine. The problem i'm facing is this: how to search for records which have a specific wingding char value: for example Select * from table where FieldWithWingding = valueOfLeftArrowChar How to achieve this? • Why does django-sphinx only output 20 results? How can I get the rest?

  Doing a search using django-sphinx gives me results._sphinx that says there were 68 results, but when I iterate over them, I can only get at the first 20 of them. I have very limited experience with regular expressions, and the only thing I could think of is something like "[^"]*$ However, that matches the last quote to the end of the line.   A simple google search for: CGRect + C or CGRect in C brings back only Apple, iPhone, and Objective-C websites. However, I remember hearing that Core Graphics was part of C at my university. Did I hear incorrectly, or is CGRect something that I can use in C, or even C++ as it's Object oriented?
