  • Javascript error : " 'Sys' is undefined "

    Hi there, I keep having an error when running my web application. The error does not cause a compilation error when on live server at least a javascript error and nothing else. But the real problem is when "debug" ... javascript error stops the compilation and I have to "Continue" three times before proceeding normally my debug. But this error occurs at every refresh the page. All this using Visual Studio. After several hours of search on google, I saw that it was a problem with the ScriptManager and Ajax. The real problem is that I do not use any Ajax on this page but the ScriptManager is on the masterpage. Worse still, on any other page on the website, that may use Ajax or not, no javascript error! Only THIS page cause this error! Any suggestion? Note that I usualy talk french so there's probably error and sorry for this! EDIT There's the 3 places were compilation stop. 1. Sys.WebForms.PageRequestManager._initialize('ctl00$ctl08', document.getElementById('aspnetForm')); 2. Sys.WebForms.PageRequestManager.getInstance()._updateControls([], [], [], 90); 3. Sys.Application.initialize();

  • Microsoft JScript runtime error: ASPx is undefined

    I'm getting this error all over the place in my web application and trying to figure out why. The error is always for some control, ASPxClientTextBox for example. So far the only thing I've found as a potential fix is to check the httphandlers section of the .net web.config (the one in C:\WINDOWS\Microsoft.NET\Framework\v2.0.50727\CONFIG\web.config) and make sure an entry for "WebResource.axd" exists, which it does. Any idea's what's going on or where I should look?

    In java if I am looping over the keySet() of a HashMap, how do I (inside the loop), get the numerical index of that key? Basically, as I loop through the map, I want to be able to get 0,1,2...I figure this would be cleaner than declaring an int and incrementing with each iteration. Thanks.

    Hi guys. I have an NSMutableArray object(retained, synthesized as all) that is initiated just fine and I can easily add objects to it using the 'addObject:' method. But if I want to replace an object at a certain index with a new one in that NSMutableArray, it doesn't work.     Hello, I'm looking for feedback on which analyzer to use with an index that has documents from multiple languages. Currently I am using the simpleanalyzer, as it seems to handle the broadest amount of languages. Most of the documents to be indexed will be english, but there will be the occasional double-byte language indexed as well. Are there any other suggestions or should I just stick with the simpleanalyzer. Thanks

  • Firebug shows error "_11 is undefined"

    Actually that's it. What does this error mean? I've googled on it, but found nothing. This error appears in firebug console after the page is loaded, or when i click on tabs. It does not prevent the execution of another JavaScript code, but the nature of it is mysterious for me.

The Problem is after the page is loaded when I press tab, insted of moving focus to checkbox, URL bar of the browser is getting focused. Thank You.

My question is this: I have not specified any filter criteria , so how can it use indexes? It should do full scan...right?

    Let's say we have a [Valuations] table containing several values per date and per fund: -FundId -ValDate -Value1 -Value2... The Primary key is obviously FundId+ValDate. I have also indexed the ValDate field since I often query for values on a specific date. My question is: should I also create a specific index for the FundId, or is MsAccess clever enough to use the Primary key when querying on a specific FundId ?

I'm using Jquery to do this, but the shared imgIndex seems to be off from the .keydown function and the .click function... Whenever .keydown function -- or ++ the imgIndex, isn't that changed index also used in the click function?     Hi, When I moved my website over to another server I've noticed now that ajax doesn't appear to be working. When I remote desktop to the server and go to the url on the server i.e. http://myserver/mywebsite ... everything works ok. When I open up the website in visual studio on the server it works as no problem as well. It's only when I connect remotely that the 'javascript' error occurs.
