  In a repeater control I've Eval binding as: <%#Eval("PubDate", "{0:dd-MMM-yyyy}")%> But date time format needs to be configurable from the web.config. I want to access datetime format from web.config in markup like: <%#Eval("PubDate", "{0:<%$ AppSettings: DateTimeFormat %>}")%> But is is not working... Any suggesions?

  Based on the suggestion give here, and the information given here on how to make a custom bindingHandler for a forEach, I decided to attempt to write my own custom binding for a forEach and Masonry. Because the elements are added on the fly the redrawing and moving around of elements to fill the space doesn't occur. So, this functionality needed to be moved after the elements have been rendered or called after each item has been added. Example: Process A is running under Process B's control, now Process A gets into a deadlock and Process B detects this and decides to 'Kill' process A using TerminateProcess.   I have FrameworkElement, for example Grid, that has children(Cells, implemented in another control). When main Window changes size, i handle sizeChanged in Grid at first, and after that in some of its children. How can i get notify that all children sizeChanged events finished processing? Of course, i can raise other event in child sizeChanged and increase some counter, but for some reasons it is not the best decision. Can anyone recommend something? Thanks!
