Can I to achieve the above, apply different control templates to the same custom control? That is define more than one control template for a custom control? If not, any clues as to how I can do this, without have as many custom/user controls as there are states?

  • Difference between MS C#(csc) and mono C#(mcs) in terms of linking DLL

    I could generate DLL and link it to the EXE as follows with Visual Studio (csc) mcs /target:library /out:MathLibrary.DLL Add.cs Mult.cs mcs /out:TestCode.exe /reference:MathLibrary.DLL TestCode.cs But, with mono, I have to give the DLL info as follows. mcs /out:TestCode.exe /reference:./MathLibrary.DLL TestCode.cs <-- Is this expected behavior? Is there any way to use just the name of DLL in mono?

  • Using windowmaker with quartz-wm in proxy mode on Snow Leopard

    I can modify my .xinitrc file to exec /opt/local/bin/wmaker, and get WindowMaker 0.90.2 as my window manager in X11.app. I'd like to use quartz-wm not as a window manager, but to provide the pasteboard integration with Aqua using the --only-proxy flag (see the man page). If I add the following line to .xinitrc: exec /usr/bin/quartz-wm --only-proxy & then WindowMaker never starts, complaining that there's already a window manager running. Is it possible to get the two to play nicely together, or is proxy feature part of the Xquartz server now? It seems that the Xquartz manpage has a number of pasteboard-to-clipboard synchronisation settings, but it's not clear whether quartz-wm needs to be running for those to work.

  • StyleCop SA1124 DoNotUseRegions is reasonable?

    SA1124 DoNotUseRegions suggest that region should not be used anywhere. Is it really reasonable? I think region is a way to group relative code together and make large class easy to read, for example, if you generate interface method in for class, a region will be automatically inserted by visual studio. I would like to remove this rule while checking code style. May I know your ideal on this rule?

It gets quite messy in visual studios design view when you have a MultiView with 10 different views in it. I've already separated the content of each view in several user controls.     I'm using the yumrepo built-in type. I can get a basic integration to hiera working yumrepo { hiera('yumrepo::name') : metadata_expire => hiera('yumrepo::metadata_expire'), descr => hiera('yumrepo::descr'), gpgcheck => hiera('yumrepo::gpgcheck'), http_caching => hiera('yumrepo::http_caching'), baseurl => hiera('yumrepo::baseurl'), enabled => hiera('yumrepo::enabled'), } If I try to remove that definition and instead go for hiera_include('classes'), here's what I've got in the corresponding yaml backend classes: - "yumrepo" yumrepo::metadata_expire: 0 yumrepo::descr: "custom repository" yumrepo::gpgcheck: 0 yumrepo::http_caching: none yumrepo::baseurl: "http://myserver/custom-repo/$basearch" yumrepo::enabled: 1 I get this error on an agent Error 400 on SERVER: Could not find class yumrepo I guess you can't get away from some sort of minimal node declaration w/ hiera and resource types? Maybe hiera_hash is the way to go? I gave this a shot, but it produces a syntax error yumrepo { 'hnav-development': hiera_hash('yumrepo') }

  • Is Windows XP Pro not a good Hyper-V guest citizen?

    On my Windows Server 2008 R2 w. the Hyper-V role, I have these guest VMs: 3 x Windows Server 2008 R2 2 x Windows Server 2003 x86 2 x Windows 7 x64 1 x Windows XP Pro x86 In general, all machines are very fast and responsive. However, the Windows XP Pro guest is very sluggish. It can take up to 2 minutes to connect to the console/or a RD session. Sometimes it can "go into sleep" for several minutes. I have tried to add a 2nd CPU and more memory, but it doesn't help. When the issue happens, it's more or less impossible to get a responsive Task Manager up to analyze which process is hogging the CPU. But I have noticed that it can be various processes; lsass.exe, crss.exe etc. Integration Services is installed. Microsoft Security Essentials is installed, but I have tried without it, no difference. Any ideas?

Panels adds an serious amount of divs to its markup. I dont necessarily need to remove this but I do need to add certain classes, id's and change some of the tags used in its markup. What is the best way to go about this?

Requirements: basic functionality (e.g., drawing some boxes and some arrows) would strongly prefer it to be visual (i.e., not written out in text that then gets converted) it is important that it can be integrated into the wiki (e.g., as an extra panel somewhere) can be run from a personal server free I've looked around at other threads here concerning a diagram tool, but they are either desktop applications, online ones which reside on third-party servers, or cost money.

  • Do any Windows IM clients support Adium styles?

    I know I can't actually get Adium on Windows. Are there any Windows IM clients that at least support Adium styles, specifically Contact List Styles and Message Styles? Pidgin is heart-breakingly close, but as far as I can tell, it's not there yet: Pidgin-WebKit would be perfect, except it doesn't seem to compile on Windows. adium2pidgin-themes converts Adium Xtras into Pidgin themes, but only supports sound, status, and emoticon theme types: -t TYPE, --type=TYPE type of theme, may be: auto, sound, status or emoticon, default: auto The Pidgin project is considering merging Pidgin-WebKit into Pidgin itself, but that sounds like a long way off: Most notably, we've been talking about merging the webkit integration branch into what will become 3.0.0. Eventually, this would allow the support of Adium's message styles, although it may not happen right away. So, are there any Windows IM clients that support Adium styles today?
