• How to show a UINavigationController with an UIButton on the Iphone?

  Hi, in my application the first view is an UIView with a couple of uilabel and an uibutton to do the login. I would to show an uinavigationcontroller with a table after the login, so with the action of the button. I know how to set up a working Navigation Controller starting with the Xcode Template but i dont know how to load this as a "Second View" Any help?

  It seems that even if you set the access-control-allow-origin header to allow access from mydomain.org to an image hosted on domain example.org, the canvas' origin-clean flag gets set to false, and trying to manipulate that image's pixel data will trigger a security exception. Shouldn't canvas' obey the access-control-allow-origin header and allow access to image's data without throwing an exception?

  I have a locationmanager in my main program which is called HomeViewController which I get the latitude and longitude and store them in LAT and LON. I can use LAT and LON in HomeViewController just fine. Once I go to another controller which is sending pictures and setting properties on flicker I want to use LAT and LON, how do I do this? I tried putting HomeViewController.LAT but obviously that does not work, I'm pretty new to the language so I am confused.

  I have setup OpenVPN on my server, and I am able to connect to it just fine, and browse the web, etc, from the client box. If I set the following option in the client config, I can no longer browse the web via domain name: redirect-gateway def1 On the server, I have run the following command: iptables -t nat -s 10.8.0.0/24 -A POSTROUTING -j SNAT --to myserver'sIP but that hasn't changed anything.   UITableView crashes in endUpdate, called by the Managed Object Context "save" method, when: 1- The Core-Data Store is empty 2- The Fetched Result Controller is configured to show sections 3- Two managed objects (or more) have been added to the store When I've searched this situation in google.   We just upgraded from MonoRails 1 to MonoRails 2.0, and want to use the CombineJS as seen here: http://erichauser.net/2009/01/27/javascript-compression-for-monorail/ In Firebug Net, it loads as http://www.domain.com/MonoRail/Files/BuiltJS.rails?name=deflayout&version=8204059377542922030 But it has must-revalidate in the cache-control: Cache-Control public, must-revalidate, max-age=259200 How can I get rid of that? • Camping: Return user to recent entries, but keep errors

  Users can view a specific entry in my webapp with a URL. /entry/8, for example. If an entry doesn't exist, "Entry not found" gets appended to @messages and I render an error page. I'd like to redirect the user to /recent, but I can't figure out a good way to keep the error message around to be displayed. There are other actions that need to take place in the Recent controller, so I can't just duplicate the query and render :posts.

I have a pages controller with a few static pages, for the home page I simply have def home @title = 'Home and similar for contact pages etc. Then in my main layout file I have <body class="<%= @title %>"> and this works fine to set the correct css, but how do I set @title for my other controllers where there's more than one action?
