    - by Burt
    I am using the expander control and have styled the header as shown in the picture below. The problem I have is that I want the expander button to be contained within the header so that the line for the end of the header template aligns with the Expander content i.e. I ultimatly want to end up with something similar to the image below. • generateUrl problem

    - by Daniel Hertz
    I am trying to generate a url but I keep getting a strange warning even though it works. I am making an api xml page and I use the following call in the controller: public function executeList(sfWebRequest $request) { $this->users = array(); foreach($this->getRoute()->getObjects() as $user) { $this->users[$this->generateUrl('user_show', $user, true)] = $user->asArray($request->getHost()); } } The user_show route is as follows: # api urls user_show: url: /user/:nickname param: { module: user, action: show } And the xml outputs as follows: <br /> <b>Warning</b>: array_diff_key() [<a href='function.array-diff-key'>function.array-diff-key</a>]: Argument #1 is not an array in <b>/opt/local/lib/php/symfony/routing/sfRoute.class.php</b> on line <b>253</b><br /> <br /> <b>Warning</b>: array_diff_key() [<a href='function.array-diff-key'>function.array-diff-key</a>]: Argument #1 is not an array in <b>/opt/local/lib/php/symfony/routing/sfRoute.class.php</b> on line <b>253</b><br /> <br /> <b>Warning</b>: array_diff_key() [<a href='function.array-diff-key'>function.array-diff-key</a>]: Argument #1 is not an array in <b>/opt/local/lib/php/symfony/routing/sfRoute.class.php</b> on line <b>253</b><br /> <?xml version="1.0" encoding="utf-8"?> <users> <user url="http://krowdd.dev/frontend_dev.php/user/danny"> <name>Danny tz</name> <nickname>danny</nickname> <email>[email protected]</email> <image></image> </user> <user url="http://krowdd.dev/frontend_dev.php/user/adrian"> <name>Adrian Sooian</name> <nickname>adrian</nickname> </user> </users> So it outputs the correct xml but I do not know why it throws thows warning when calling the generateurl method. Thanks!

  • UISegmentedControl makes UITableView slow/lag?

    - by Zac Altman
    So I have a nicely working UITableView consisting of 3 rows (each including and image, and a varying number of text fields). Now the 4th row has a UISegmentedControl. As soon as I added it, the UITableView lags/jumps/skips. When I take it away again, everything is smooth. How can I add the UISegmentedControl and still have smooth scrolling?

  • Node.js + Express.js. How to RENDER less css?

    - by Paden
    Hello all, I am unable to render less css in my express workspace. Here is my current configuration (my css/less files go in 'public/stylo/'): app.configure(function() { app.set('views' , __dirname + '/views' ); app.set('partials' , __dirname + '/views/partials'); app.set('view engine', 'jade' ); app.use(express.bodyDecoder() ); app.use(express.methodOverride()); app.use(express.compiler({ src: __dirname + '/public/stylo', enable: ['less']})); app.use(app.router); app.use(express.staticProvider(__dirname + '/public')); }); Here is my main.jade file: !!! html(lang="en") head title Yea a title link(rel="stylesheet", type="text/css", href="/stylo/main.less") link(rel="stylesheet", href="http://fonts.googleapis.com/cssfamily=Droid+Sans|Droid+Sans+Mono|Ubuntu|Droid+Serif") script(src="https://ajax.googleapis.com/ajax/libs/jquery/1.4.4/jquery.min.js") script(src="https://ajax.googleapis.com/ajax/libs/jqueryui/1.8.7/jquery-ui.min.js") body!= body here is my main.less css: @import "goodies.css"; body { .googleFont; background-color : #000000; padding : 20px; margin : 0px; > .header { border-bottom : 1px solid #BBB; background-color : #f0f0f0; margin : -25px -25px 30px -25px; /* important */ color : #333; padding : 15px; font-size : 18pt; } } AND here is my goodies.less css: .rounded_corners(@radius: 10px) { -moz-border-radius : @radius; -webkit-border-radius: @radius; border-radius : @radius; } .shadows(@rad1: 0px, @rad2: 1px, @rad3: 3px, @color: #999) { -webkit-box-shadow : @rad1 @rad2 @rad3 @color; -moz-box-shadow : @rad1 @rad2 @rad3 @color; box-shadow : @rad1 @rad2 @rad3 @color; } .gradient (@type: linear, @pos1: left top, @pos2: left bottom, @color1: #f5f5f5, @color2: #ececec) { background-image : -webkit-gradient(@type, @pos1, @pos2, from(@color1), to(@color2)); background-image : -moz-linear-gradient(@color1, @color2); } .googleFont { font-family : 'Droid Serif'; } Cool deal. Now: I have installed less via npm and I had heard from another post that @imports should reference the .css not the .less. In any case, I have tried the combinations of switching .less for .css in the jade and less files with no success. If you can help or have the solution I'd greatly appreciate it. Note: The jade portion works fine if I enter any ol' .css. Note2: The less compiles if I use lessc via command line.

  • Key Coder/Observer example for Iphone

    - by ReduxDJ
    I'm trying to implement KVO into an application, yet, I've followed the documentation provided by Apple, however I can't get it to work. I'm hoping to see a bare minimal example of how to use this with my NSObjects. My use case, is I want one item in a table-cell to update without loading the entire data in a tableView because I am loading images from URLs and I don't want to reload all of the image, while I am polling a server. Thanks,

  • ASP.NET Charting Control Transparency

    - by Ryan
    I'm working with the ASP.NET Charting Library and I've got it generating a pie chart but I'm having a problem configuring it to generate the pie chart with semi-transparent slices. If you look at the image here you'll see what I'm talking about. Of the 4 pie charts the top 2 and the bottom left chart have the pie slice transparency I'm talking about. What settings of the chart do I tweak to render the slices with a certain % of transparency? Thanks!

  • Google Visualization API chart in Blogger / Blogspot

    - by gotgenes
    Is it possible to embed (chart) visualizations created by the Google Visualization API in a Blogger post? I tried stripping out the <head> and <body> tags (and closing tags) from the pie chart example, however, the pie chart visualization fails to render, even on a published post. NOTE: I'm asking about the Visualization API, rather than the Google Image Charts (Charts API).

  • How does Nike's website do this Flash effect when the user selects a choice.

    - by Luis Armando
    I was wondering how does Nike website make the change you can see when selecting a color or a sole. At first I thought they were only using images and when the user picked a color you just replaced that part, but when I selected a different sole I noticed it didn't changed like an image it looked a bit more as if it was being rendered. Does anybody happens to know how this is made? Or where can I get further info about making this effect :)?

    I currently have a UIControl, which has a number of subviews (image, label). Unfortunately when I use addTarget etc. It doesn't detect touches on the subviews. [myCustomView addTarget:self action:@selector(touchedView:) forControlEvents:UIControlEventTouchUpInside]; Is it possible for the UIControl to detect touches on subviews or should i be approaching it differently.
