  • Are there any 3rd Party libraries for image processing in C#?

    Just wondering if there's anything out there to help make my project a lot easier to deal with. I'm working on a program that uses the Wiimote and infrared pen (mapped to the mouse) to manipulate images in real time and I'd much rather not have to use all my time figuring out how to make the program resize and rotate images efficiently with the least amount of distortion... I haven't really found anything when searching. Anybody know of any libraries that can help me?

    I am use to VB.NET. The game source code I am learning from is written in C#. I find it annoying that I have to add using System.Diagnostics to the source code in order to type Debug.WriteLine.... I checked under project properties, but I cannot find the References tab that allows me to add namespaces to Imported Namespaces. Where do I find this in C#? Also, why can't I do this in C#? Imports x = System.Math

    Hi, I'm trying to use libsox into another program of mine, but I can't seem to compile libsox with MinGW or find any places with working binaries. I downloaded the source from the official site http://sox.sourceforge.net/ but I don't know which files to include in the project to compile it. I can't compile it with all the files included in the 'src' directory and I think I only need to compile the functions listed here: http://sox.sourceforge.net/libsox.html but I can't seem to find it. Can anyone help?

    Hi, how can I deploy an mvc application, without publishing the aspx view files. Is there a way to publish the generated dll assemblies? In the project file is an option "MvcBuildViews", which builds these dll files. But they are build in a temp directory and not used in the publishment process.     We are using tab control in our project. While using this control i came across a few issues like - When the tab control loads, it invokes constructor of all the xaml pages that form the individual tabs. Can this be avoided? Is there any event with tab control that we can use to identify dirty data on the previous tab that i may have visited. I mean can i prevent user from navigating to some other tab before saving the changes on current tab.

  • UITableViewCell color issues with custom table view background

    I have a UITableView with a custom background image set like this: self.tableView.backgroundColor = [UIColor colorWithPatternImage:[UIImage imageNamed:@"mybg.png"]]; The background appears fine, but my UITableViewCells (default cells, not custom) have some sort of weird tint to them, and the UILabel containing the "New Project" text also seems to have some sort of background behind it. How can I remove this? I've already tried: cell.backgroundColor = [UIColor clearColor]; cell.textLabel.backgroundColor = [UIColor clearColor]; Thanks

We would like to implement some code analysis as well to track that maintanability at least not getting worse.     Project Output Path of the the main application is set to ......\bin\Release\ and was published flawlessly by ClickOnce before. For some strange reason, ClickOnce now fails with the following error: "Could not find file 'obj\Release\EMS.OCC600.Infrastructure.Shell.exe'. c:\WINDOWS\Microsoft.NET\Framework\v3.5\Microsoft.Common.targets 2341 9 Infrastructure.Shell" Anyone run into this before?     Hi folks. Here's the problem: I have a project that needs to be migrated to Microsoft SQL Server 2008. We have data in text files for the Oracle SQL Loader and now we need to get that data into the SQL Server DB. I could write a program that converts everything into INSERT statements but there has to be a more comfortable way to so this. Any suggestions? PS: I don't think my company wants to buy additional Software to do this job so that's out.

    I'm looking for a Java library that will can take a PDF and create a thumbnail image (PNG) from the first page. I've already looked at JPedal, but its insane licensing fee is completely prohibitive. I am using iText to manipulate PDF files at the moment, but I believe it doesn't do thumbnail generation. I can use something like Ghostscript on the command line, but I'm hoping to keep my project all-Java if possible.
