• Highlight the first row in a ListView and a ListBox Control

  I am attempting to show both a ListView and ListBox on a Windows Form (C#). The difficulty I am having is in having the first row for both the ListView and ListBox highlighted when the application opens. • ASP.NET Password textbox, has text as characters entered

  When I look at gmail on my mobile web browser the password textbox hashes the characters as I type so I can see the actual input as I type before is hashed with an asterisk. So as I enter it becomes, P -- *a -- **s etc.. How is this done? I presume its javascript? If somone can point me in the right direction that would be great.

• Fireworks CS4 download link?

  I'm trying to find a trial download link for Fireworks CS4 for windows and it has apparently disappeared off the face of the internet. The adobe site only has a "Coming soon" placeholder for CS5, and most of the other usual suspects like softpedia and brothersoft just redirect you to adobe. This is for work use, so I'm trying to stay off torrents and some of the shadier sites. Can anyone point me in the right direction? Thanks!

• Jquery slider going the wrong way

  Im using a jquery slider and having an issue with what direction it scrolls on click. It seems to screw up after clicking the right arrow then left, but will scroll left if clicked first, weird. Is this a bug or am I missing something here? I simply want develop a c# app that, by example, monitors Firefox, IE, etc and logs all navigated pages. Depending of the visited page, I want to block the site (like a parental filter). I am having trouble finding out where I need to look to lock down a Nuxeo based application so that a user is redirected to the login page if they are unauthorised and access a restricted page.   I have the following database structure: Event table Id - Guid (PK) Name - NVarChar Description - NVarChar SpecialEvent table Id - Guid (PK) StartDate - DateTime EndDate - DateTime I have an abstract Event class, and a SpecialEvent class that inherits from it. Eventually I will have a RecurringEvent class which will inherit from the Event class also. I'd like to map the SpecialEvent class while preserving a one-to-one relationship mapped with the Ids, if possible. Can anybody point me in the correct direction? Thanks!

I want to write an application that gets notified when emails come into the device, and takes various actions based on data in the email (subject, sender, to, etc).   I must be missing something simple here, but I'm having trouble retrieving data from a JSON array response. I can access objects with identifiers that start with letters, but not ones that start with numbers. For example, I can access data.item[0].specs.overview.details But I can't access data.item[0].specs.9a99.details If anyone can point me in the right direction, I'd really appreciate it. Thanks.

  I'm getting some problems trying Google Geocoding service when using special characters like "º" or letters with accents. Whenever I try something like: "barcelona, nº 10" I get 0 results. But trying: "barcelona n 10" I get results... I suspect is something related with encoding.
