  • Javascript Chart to Excel

    Hi I'm using highcharts to create some charts (pie, bar, etc...) using just Javascript. These charts do not use Flash or anything like that. Is it possible for me to convert the resulting HTML page with the Javascript chart to an excel document that properly shows the image? I've tried the standard change mime types for excel and so far I've only been able to export an HTML table on the page, but no chart.

    Hi there I'm lookin for a javascript plugin (for js/any framework) I want to create a textarea that while I type will using a supplied data array, check for predictive matches to the current word im typing and try to suggest a solution. All solutions I've found so far (for jquery) only match one word, then end... I want to write like a sentence or paragraph but have autocomplete ability. Mockup image attached.

  • Draw Lines Over a Circle

    There's a line A-B and C at the center between A and B. It forms a circle as in the figure. If we assume A-B line as a diameter of the circle and then C is it's center. My problem is I have no idea how to draw another three lines (in blue) each 45 degree away from AC or AB. I want a way where when i load a1.aspx, certain chosen 's and images should be hidden (visible=false). how can i do this? how can i change the visibility of a div or an image in the master page from the content page?

    I know that when parsing XML with objective-c most of the time you use NSXMLParser. But what if you only need to read one element. Using NSXMLParser sounds like an overload to me. The issue is that flickr API doesn't use JSON as response when uploading an image. So my response now is: 4638598522 I only need to know the photoid and I like to know what the best solution will be for this.

    Hi all, I am creating a blackberry apllication which pre-dominantly uses ObjectListFields..All i need now is to draw an image as a background for each cell. I know this is quiet possible but i am not getting hold of the procedure. if i draw bitmap in drawlistrow() function the bluehighlight gets into the background and the cell highlight becomes very hard to read......can anybody help me with a code snippet to get through this problem ....thanks...

  • How can I make these images download on a seperate thread?

    Hello!! I have the following code running on my Android device. It works great and displays my list items wonderfully. It's also clever in the fact it only downloads the data when it's needed by the ArrayAdapter. However, whilst the download of the thumbnail is occurring, the entire list stalls and you cannot scroll until it's finished downloading. Is there any way of threading this so it'll still scroll happily, maybe show a place holder for the downloading image, finish the download, and then show? Any help with this would be really apreciated. Thank-you kindly.   • Any way to cache WAV files in IE?

    I'm seeing an issue with our web application. We have a few wave files which we can play (like ding.wav) and we have attempted to pre-load wave files but using Fiddler we're seeing that the WAV files are never cached like (js and css and image files). We always see an HTTP 200 instead of an HTTP 304. Any ideas on how to tell IE that it should cache wav files? We're inserting a div: <EMBED SRC='ding.wav' AUTOSTART='FALSE' HIDDEN='TRUE'>

    I have an app with a tab bar, and nav controllers in each tab. When user shakes the device, a UIImageView appears as a child view in the nav controller. But the UIImageView must contain a special image, depending on the device's current orientation.   • Is it possible to use AnimateWindow with AW_BLEND when using a layered window?

    I am displaying a window using UpdateLayeredWindow and would like to add transition animations. AnimateWindow works if I use the slide or roll effects (though there is some flickering). However, when I try to use AW_BLEND to produce a fade effect, I not only lose any translucency after the animation (per-pixel and on the entire image), but a default window border also appears. Is there a way to prevent the border from appearing?

    basic question, but I'm unsure: I want to draw 4 short lines 1px lines on a view. What is the best way to approach this task? Options:- Load an image of the line, can create 4 UIImageViews with it. Create my own subclass of a UIView that draws a line in the draw rect method. Draw elsewhere on another view, another UIImageView that has an UIImage inside it (is this possible?) Another way? Thanks Ross
